This review is for Anthony who gave me a tour of the building and the model apartment. Very patient and charming. I will leave another review separately for my personal experience in the apartment when I get approved!

Went in to check out a new lease , was greeted by the most friendly helpful agent Alivia! She showed me around and gave me a very throughout tour. Right on the beautiful Lake Erie! Wonderful people and great atmosphere

Moved here in here in August , loving my new place . Alivia in the office is very helpful and always polite ! She’s awesome and always handles anything I may need !

Do not move here!!! Roaches in the lobby and in elevators. The elevators never work, so be prepared to walk stairs. Complained to maintenance the bathroom ceiling was leaking and there’s water damage 4 months ago, no response. I keep calling, I use the portal and it doesn’t help. The sores are always broken/unlocked. Vacant apartments above me has had trash hanging over my balcony for 3 weeks, I call they say they tell maintenance. They do nothing. It’s just all around bad here. I will not be renewing.

I love it here. Just fix the pool door please . The pool is open and the light turns when I scan my key but the door won't open it's actually broke. Please fix so we can swim on weekends when the office people or maintenance aren't around .

Hats off and two thumbs up for our New Property Manager MADELINE HEWITT-HUNT. On day one, Ms. HEWITT-HUNT had an open door policy for us to discuss any concerns.
I appreciate her quick response to correcting our problems some which had been ongoing for quite some time.
We have seen her walking the halls and if you have a dilemma, our property manager is proactive and will find a solution.
I would also like to commend our friendly leasing office, customer service, accounting,maintenance ,housekeeping. A special shout out to Patty who does the janitorial service in our building she is amazing

BEWARE OF EXTRA CHARGES
In these uncertain times when most of us are going through a financial crisis coronavirus related, you'd think that the apartment rental industry cuts you a slack. The answer is no they won't and some will even slap you with a hidden extra fee added to your monthly payment. This fee is not obvious until you actually apply and pay a close attention.

Harbor Crest apartments in Euclid Ohio is a fine example. Their rentals are advertised in the range from $499 to over a $1,000 but a hidden extra fee adds up anywhere from $29 to $32 a month; it is conveniently

Run people come to this community and rip it to pieces the weekend is horrible they break the elevator, doors locks, and I pay $873. 00 a month for what they allow ghetto as people to move in here instead of doing background check. The parking lot is dark as hell anybody can get rob they don't care they want your money that's it... Drugs are bee sold here in and out traffic only going by what the eyes see

Okay, so this apartment had all the things I needed all in one place for me. I really wanted to live here despite some of the reviews. I never been discriminated in my life like I have been today. I am a 39 year old disabled veteran (100% total and permanent). I make 40k a year in disability compensation and have 700 credit score. These people told me that my disability compensation does not count towards my income cause I'm not over the age of 62 so I cant get housing with them. Can you tell me the difference between a 62 year old 100% total and permanent disabled veteran and a 39 year old

I lived in these apartments years ago, at the time their name was Americana Apartments. My studio was right by the elevator & the trash chute but I never had any bugs. The elevators always worked, and so did the heat & the A/C unit. The rent wasn't increased over a few years time period, heat included. The repairs were a bit slow, so I sent them a motivating fax and then everything was done within a few days time. Other than that, I had no problems whatsoever. I moved only because I bought a condo, but in retrospect, I wish that I'd stayed.
