The place was poorly managed when i lived there and still is. In the 2-3 years i lived there, there were multiple different property managers. No one returns phone calls, no one was ever in the office.
I recently called trying to get information regarding a package of mine that was sent there by mistake, no one answered and no one has called back in almost a week after multiple messages were left.
Probably one of the most poorly ran apartments i have rented from.

I really enjoy living here. I have not had any problems since moving here in 2015. The management is always on top of things. I have never encountered a problem with them. Whenever I need maintenance done in my apartment they are there in a Jiffy. One of the best apartments I have ever lived in so far and I’ve lived in quite a few!

Very dirty. The property isn't taken care of at all. The cleaning lady doesn't clean the halls or garbage room or laundry room. The office people are rude and don't return calls. You live there over 5 plus years you would think they could paint your place or replace anything but they dont. Some of the carpets have been there 20-30 years. Mold, ants, and just horrible. Rent goes up every year.

I hope you have four wheel drive living here unless you want to slide right into a busy street from a death trap of a driveway/parking lot. Several people have gotten stuck inside there parking spaces. the hallways are horrendous, rarely ever cleaned (with the exception of the office building) and when they are its bc the owners are visiting or one of the residents cant take it anymore. Daily stench of drugs and smashed cigarettes throughout hallways. maintenance is a joke its one man for 80 units it took from august to November for me to get a new oven bc mine broke. in winter 2013 my heat turned
