I wish it was negative
This place is the worst place I’ve had the curse of renting
They Dnt fix on time they accuse u of lying even when u have proof of truth
They change things with out tellin or informing.
I’ve had seven leaks my bathroom was horrible.
First the electric was a problem they put my switch upside down My medicin cabinet didn’t have shelves I had mold. In my bathroom
My kitchen had one draw. Never replaced power shortage n my unit. Kept tripping n sparks would happen
My doors didn’t have face plates for the door knobs
My living room had a big hole in the wall that

Had to help family members with an application for an apartment here. The staff there were superb. They were attentive, knowledgeable and patient. We spoke with Yolanda and we couldn't have asked for a better consultant. She took extra time with us, making sure we were satisfied with our choices. The apartments were available for us to view and they were nice and clean. Very pleased..

I was really impressed to enter a p work place and the young man at the front desk had a welcoming smile that made me feel less stressful 😅 and the young lady that showed me the apartment was fantastic she led me through each step explaining everything as I explored my new home I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new home 🏡
