All County Residential is owned and operated by Michael Thompson. Michael brings a 17-year career in finance to the company. Throughout his career, he worked for both large and small companies. He has provided financial support to a local railroad, an international consulting company, and a real estate investment trust.

The resident portal allows current residents of All County to pay rent, HOA fees, and other fees, view balances and sign documents. The following are booklets and/or forms for residents who reside in the properties managed by All County. If you are experiencing difficulties making your rental or utility payments there are a number of non-profit organizations that offer assistance.

First and foremost, let me explain that All County Residential was the condominium management firm chosen for the condominium association I live in. They managed my condo association from 1/1/19 - 6/30/19. Let me tell you, they are one of the most unprofessional firms that I have ever dealt with in the almost fourteen years I have lived in my condominium. Michael Thompson, the owner, provided poor communication at very best - most of the time it took between 2-4+ weeks to receive an answer to an email, and several other times no response was given whatsoever. Got false information from Mike at All County to my realtor that he later went back on his word from.
Conflict of interest with Mike and board members, (his own family members).
Emails go unanswered for weeks, complaints go unanswered (when they’re made towards his family members or board members), yet fines and other regulations are enforced to the rest of the community.
So glad to no longer deal with this company.

Where to start? I'm going to be reviewing a certain property 12/14E Germantown Pike in Plymouth Meeting. When we looked at the place their was a strong pet odor coming from the carpets. We decided if the company waives our pet fee that we would clean the carpets. The day we moved in their was a bed and bookcase still in the apartment from a prior tenant. The humidity in the apartment caused a lot of mold. Refrigerator is tiny. Stove didn't work. All this we had to take care of. Slumlord! Need I say more? Well let's see, when I came to look at the place there wasn't any odor and appeared dry. Three days later when I actually moved in I opened the door and a harsh mold odor slapped my face followed by roaches, mice, centipedes, quarter size spiders and several crickets in the tub at the same time, horrible urine odor from a leak above my cooking area from the upstairs apt and in the bathroom, not to mention you call to have the problems fixed, I mean after all it's their obligation you pay rent to either no response, the nice receptionist hangs up on you always to the list

Went through the website and found a rental in my range and in a nice neighborhood. Confirmed an appointment and was told i would get a lockbox code a half hour before my viewing. Come ten minutes before, i called to get the code. No answer. Called at the time of the visit, no answer. Called fifteen minutes after, no answer. They then had the nerve to email me and tell me how nice it was to meet and asked if I liked the house. Are you kidding me?! I advise you to avoid my hassle and go through some other property management. Worst experience and most unprofessional management service I have ever

I made the switch to all county residential and oh boy am I glad I did! They manage all of my properties now and life is a breeze. My tenants are always thanking me for how quickly any issues are resolved and I have had better luck with new tenants now than ever before! Not to mention Rebecca in the office is always so pleasant and helpful. I couldn't ask for more!

They are super frustrating to work with as a tenant. They will say they are going to do something, then not follow up and do it. You end up having to call them multiple times to get something simple done. Whenever I call them with a question or needing something it seems as though they just are trying to get you off the phone as soon as possible and rarely actually address the reason for calling. Honestly the thing I do appreciate about them is that their repair guy is great (if you can actually get him to be sent out). Overworked for sure however!

My experience with this company was horrible! This company found a tenant and didn't verify her identity! The tenant was able to rent my beautiful 3 bedroom 2-1/2 bath with fake ID, SSN, driver's license number, fake pay stubs and live there rent free for almost 10 months!!! I am owed almost $14,000 in back rent and almost $5,000 in property damage! This company neglected to do their due diligence and I was injured as a result! I would NEVER EVER recommended this company to anyone!!!!!
