As a property owner it has always been my priority to make sure that my tenants are well taken care of and to have good communication with my property management company. If any issues arise a call to Carlos Vargas at Atlas always solves the problem quickly. Carlos is always available to listen to my questions and then either explains what I need to know or gets back to me promptly. He has such an easy and kind way about him that makes you instantly feel that you are in good hands. Carlos is real asset to Atlas Property management!

Not sure where to begin but overall Chris was a ROCKSTAR. He took an often overwhelming and stressful process and found a way to turn it into a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish. He was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find us a great home that fit right in our price range, even in this impossibly competitive market! He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. Couldn't recommend him enough for anyone looking to purchase a home, even for the first time!

We have owned a triplex in Stockton for more than 10 years. The last 2 years, Carlos Vargas has been our contact. He has provided outstanding customer service. He replies to emails and phone calls promptly, and is proactive about communicating with our tenants. We had some wrinkles in accounting and he worked with me to figure out how to work with their new accounting system. It has been a pleasure working with him.
