We provide a full range of property management services including rent collection and leasing as well as maintenance, repairs and renovations when necessary. Strict tenant screening including credit and criminal background check, employment and evictions history. Due to our relationships with multiple contractors in the area, we are able to handle all of your clients' maintenance issues.

This review is to detail my experience with Onyx Management in 1302 South 2nd Street. The purpose of this review is to warn people who are thinking about renting or dealing with them:
Mold- The mold in the house has gotten so bad that even though multiple emails and pictures have been sent out (see below), they haven't fixed it. Fungus in the shower is also a problem.
Moving In- When I first moved into the house it smelled very bad. The prior renters were not clean and we had to pay to have the house professionally cleaned.
No Running Water- If one water source was used, if someone flushed the

We have live in a home managed by Onyx Management Group for over 2 years now and just renewed for a third year. We have been really happy with the way Onyx Management Group has treated us the disappointed we were so pleasantly surprised how Onyx Management staff is always responsive and respectful. Which is something that was definitely lacking from our last property management company. Onyx Management Group has been great and we hope to purchase a home with them soon. ~Bettie.
