Emily is our friendly, efficient optometric assistant. She is experienced is most aspects of our practice and is great at answering most questions you might have. She has a young son and loves dolphins. Rosa is our Optometric Assistant. She does much of the pre-tests, helps find the right frame and lenses, and does much of the billing.

In Vision Optometry is the go to place for glasses. My 1st pair of glasses were a pair of Coach frames. I got many compliments on them. Now that I have my 2nd pair of glasses (Gucci frames) I get soo many amazing compliments. I've been told that my Gucci glasses are the best looking frames. Thank you In Vision for the excellent customer service each time my daughter & I come in.

I have been going to Dr. Hafen for the last 5 to 6 years, she's wonderful, so thorough, personable, uses the latest equipment and really spends time on my annual exams. Her staff are equally wonderful! I was there two days ago and brought my baby girl with me, she wasn't making the visit easy and Dr. Hafen was incredibly patient allowing me time to calm her so we could finish my exam, thank you Dr. Hafen!

By far the best experience I've had with an optometry-related appointment. I'm from the east coast and am here for a business conference. The hotel I'm staying at threw away my contacts when cleaning my room yesterday and in need of contacts for the weekend In Vision's personnel worked with me to get me the right contacts by providing a needed exam with absolutely no complications. They all know loads about contacts and the physiology of the eye, so I was extremely impressed with what was pretty much an impromptu visit. Researched lots of reviews, and In Vision Optometry was one of the top picks. They were not only as good as the reviews I read - they were better than I ever could have expected.
Their customer service in particular was amazing! I just got into a bicycle accident and needed the lightest frame glasses possible (due to a nose injury), had light sensitivity due to a concussion and they were incredibly facilitative to my needs and made sure I had the time to make a decision.
On top of that - their prices were very good. I had checked out another place, but wasn't crazy about their options. I paid
