I’d been calling and leaving voicemails on apartment’s phones for weeks now. I was not have a good Holiday when my week started. Today my family’s life Changed for the better. I received a call yesterday, voice from Heaven, Rochelle returned my call. Love love love this place!!! Amenities are AMAZING! Fitness center are equipped with great equipments and available until late PM. Love the vaulted ceiling in the mailroom. I wish the pool is heated, but my family enjoy it during the summer! The office staff are doing a great job in managing this place, Melanie, Ryan, Corey and Rochelle - they all rock!

Prior to getting back into apartment living I read a lot of horror stories in dealing with the leasing staff. Of all the different apartment complexes I visited the staff at Windsor, Melanie, Reyvi & Ryan, clearly stood out as professionals, great people persons & customer focus. I've been here a couple of months now and Ryan, the maintenance supervisor, has been really responsive in getting things right in my unit. Melanie has also been involved in prioritizing those repairs and super helpful in jumping into solving issues. Corey has been accommodating as well by being responsive to any issues

Alot has changed here at The Windsor. There has been a ton of improvements and they are not done yet. The apartment manager Malanie is working hard to reach out and be very supportive and helpful. She answered every call i have made and will call you back if she is busy. Maintenance works so hard around here nonstop. They get the work done and in a timely manner. I have been here 4 years now.

My experience at The Windsor has been nothing short of amazing. The staff that work onsite are dedicated to making sure the residents feel safe and right at home! The Community Manager Melanie is hands on with helping residents to get settled into their new apartments, while also running the front desk with constant calls, and walk-ins. I’d recommend this apartment complex to anyone whether they’re looking for their first apartment, or looking to reside with family. The Windsor is close to many local stores and easily accessible to the freeway. Though it was a short stay here, I’d recommend

While the Property Managers Oshe' and Courtney were professional, nice and really sold me on getting a rental here, I changed my mind and backed out when they told me I would not be able to see the apartment until my move in date. It made me nervous to pay a deposit and first month's rent on a unit sight-unseen. Then to top it off, they kept the $250 "holding fee". I feel totally scammed but understand they are just going by the company policy which is not to return the holding fee if you don't sign a lease. But still, it is unfair to expect people to rent an apartment

I am living here already 2 months and I really like the apartment. It has a floor and only the rooms have carpet. They helped us to rent here but here I will tell you why I only gave them 2 stars ... at the end of the month my husband always pays the apartment, went to the manager's office and there to have no mistake he wrote the check in front of the person in charge of receiving it. My husband asked if the amount was correct and they answered yes. After 7 days we received 2 letters and in both they said that we had not paid the total amount of the apartment and that if we did not pay

Lived here for 2 years and loved the staff! They are extremely friendly and I caught myself in the office on multiple occasions chatting away with Jeannie. They keep the grounds clean and pay quick attention to anything you need fixed.
The only negative-
They started valet garbage (25/month) and you still had to pay for normal garbage as well. So it was steep to pay $50/month for trash in an apartment.

Tyler and Jeannie are great!! Maintenance lady (don't know her name) was fabulous! I lived at the Windsor for 4 years and would recommend it to my best friend. It was my first time living in an apartment as an adult and was very happy there. I was surprised at how many management companies there were, about one every year. But I heard that was normal. They work hard, do their best and keep the property nice and clean. Would definitely rent there again if the circumstances came again.

In year 2016, they tried to put my rent up by 25%. I got my notice on the last day of the year, just as the office was closing for the new yr. My lease was up in the Jan and I had to give notice to vacate in 20 days giving me hardly any time the find a new place to live.
Until I made a a stink about it, negotiated a 9% hike, knowing this was the last year I'd be there. I was also in one of the oldest apartments with no upgrades. I

Do not live at The Windsor! This is hands down the worst rental I've ever lived in in my life (and I'm not young)! We had our move in date set 3 or 4 weeks ahead of time, yet when I showed up to the office at the allotted time to get my keys, I was told that they were still painting my apartment and the carpets had not yet been cleaned. I had movers on their way with all of my household goods and I had to move in to a dirty apartment with wet paint. So right away I was unhappy.
I was also told that my unit had been renovated. Apparently "renovated" is code for slap quick fixes

If I could give this place negative stars I would!! we have been here "in our newly remodeled apartment" almost a year and are counting our days till our lease is up. This place is totally mold infested. Part of the ceiling in the bathroom was falling in do to leaking from the top unit(this has happened to several other residents) when they tore out the ceiling in the bathroom there was black mold everywhere. We asked them to treat it which they didn't they just put new dry wall up. This released mold spores into the rest of the house. It grows on all the window seals despite being

Do not live here!!!!! We have been here over a year and it has slowly gotten worse. It has gone through a couple different owners and is now owned by Greystar. The staff in the office are nice, but nothing gets done. We missed rent once (by 1 day) because we were traveling and did not get the online payment in on time and were given a notice on our door the following day and a $35 fee to DELIVER the notice. Seriously?!!! We have had to call security and the main office multiple times because of a juvenile, disrespectful neighbor above us. They party, smoke (which makes its way into our apartment

I lived in this complex for a few years, and at first, it was a great place to live. Within the past few years, it has really gone down hill. The appear to have laxed on the screening process and the maintenance department is sub-par (ie dumpsters not emptied, cracks in sides of the buildings, and flooding on the lawns).
