I recently moved into Villa Creek Apartments and I had a great experience from the start of my application to my move-in date! The manager is super sweet and communicated with me on every step towards my move-in, which was super smooth and easy. The apartments are quiet and close to a shopping mall! Also, the maintenance team is super quick to respond. I'm very happy!

I have been here for about a month and its not too shabby. The property is highly occupied but very quiet at night. Limited guest parking which is a bummer but street parking is accessible. The apartment i moved into was very clean and smelt new. My stove is moody but still love my place. Sandra the property manager made my move in super easy and was always in contact. I was nervous due to my credit being in repair process but she worked with me to get me approved with a higher security deposit. The rent is low for Sonoma County. I nabbed a studio for $1099! I have been living in this complex now for almost 10 years, and recently was taken over by a property management company. Since they have taken over I have been empressed with the staff. Sarah the office manager and Nick and his maintence staff are amazing. I have needed stuff done to my place and they have been quick and kept in communication to get the job done. All staff are friendly amd make sure that everything is good. It is very easy to get ahold of them through email or onsite.

I began living at Villa Creek in 2010, when the complex was under different management. I found the community safe, friendly, and aesthetically pleasant. I had a wonderful relationship with the managers at the time and was saddened when they left. When new management came in, I was initially skeptical. However, this management company has met and exceeded my expectations! They brought in a new level of comfort and amenities to the community. I have lived here for over a year. Sarah and the maintenance guys are amazing! They are so friendly and really pay attention to the individual needs of every one and make the happiness and well being of the residents their top priority. A lot of big changes have been happening around here lately such as routine landscaping and available apartments being completely remodeled. Villa Creek Apartments and it's management (Sarah) is just great! I am very thankful to be here and it was a very smooth transition when moving in and I felt very welcomed. The maintenance staff is very respectful of my space and prompt on getting things fixed and making sure I have everything I need to live comfortably.

Let me first start out by saying FPI Management is NOT pro-military. My husband is active duty which means we had to break our lease due to his orders, this should not have been as hard as it was. When we first went into the office to let them know we would be breaking our lease, it was nothing but arguments and them trying to find out confidential information on where he was going, when he was leaving, and they stated they would not accept the paperwork we were trying to give them from the military itself. Lived there from 2013 to 2017 and it was a total joke also. The managers then were Joe Furr as maintenance manager and Terri Furr as office manager were nice at first, but then turned against people. Likely due to the negative influence of owner Andrew Wernette and wife Lisa. Changing to FPI Management is no better. Wernette lives in his big house in Bodega Bay and like 99% of landlords, doesn't give a rat's a.. about his tenants here or anywhere else. Friday my significant other and I went on a apartment hunt in Sonoma County and came across this complex. Let's begin with the leasing consultant that helped us Kevonna, she was very kind and informative. She made sure to ask us what all our needs in a apartment were and gave us a great tour. She made the experience very fulfilling for us especially with transitioning to the Bay Area from Atlanta. Great area, and many amenities not to mention very affordable! We will definitely be leasing here next month!

My girlfriend and I are looking for apartments and we met with Kevonna Smith, the property manager on site and had an extremely positive experience. Kevonna helped us find an apartment that fit our needs both quickly & efficiently. Because we need to be out of our current living situation very soon, we showed up extremely stressed out and worried that we would never find a new apartment in time. If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of and if you want any accurate information... Good luck! Kevonna through "FPI Management" is truly the definition of incompetent and unprofessional. Rude and withholds information from customers and has horrible follow through. People are looking for a place to live... a place to call their home... the process and several interactions I had with her, made this experience miserable to say the least. Disappointing and frustrating.

I lived at Villa Creek Apartments directly across from Terri Lane in Santa Rosa from March 2013 to August 2017. If you choose to rent here, be aware of the following issues:
1. the owner instructs the manager to raise the rent several times a year.These are not small increases - they generally average $35 or more.
2. The manager, Terri Furr, lists hours the office is open but never once did I see her in the office for the complete hours advertised...call before you go or be prepared to go back if she has "stepped out."
3. Maintenance at this property is rarely offered and VERY limited
