Although the staff here is super nice and friendly, before you choose to move into these apartments please know that if you are on the bottom floor the noise from the people above you is awful. The apartments are not built to absorb the noise from the units above. It sounds like they are rolling and dropping bowling balls and are coming through the ceiling. I lived on a second floor apartment before but I was always mindful of my neighbors below, but some people are not.

My husband and I have been here since April of last year and at first, everything was very nice. Within the short time we have been here, it has gone so downhill. Disrespectful neighbors, some who will complain about noise when you are asleep!! You pay for valet garbage, yet that is hit and miss. Sometimes they come, sometimes they don't. You will pay WAY TOO MUCH to live here and not get what you pay for. When we realized we could own a brand new home for about $600 less a month than what we pay for here, we're outta here when our lease ends! ✌

The common area amenities, building construction, interior apartment living area and management staff are all outstanding. I’ve submitted several minor maintenance requests that have been effectively addressed within 24 hours. The staff are professional, courteous and responsive to tenant needs and questions.

I have had nothing but the best experience with this apartment complex! The ladies are so nice and helpful, the application process was easy and quick. Anytime I need anything everyone was so quick to help. The apartments are beautiful and well taken care of. The maintenance guys are always helpful and so nice.

First, I want to say that we enjoyed our time here. The apartments are nice and we loved the gym and pool, especially in the summer.
We had an issue with a really loud and disrespectful neighbor who would play music so loud our walls would shake from 8 pm-5 am. We lost many hours of sleep over their loud music, and although we did report them to the office, the issue still persisted. We also asked the neighbors to be quiet multiple times but nothing changed.
The gym was open only during normal business hours, which made it impossible for me to get it the gym since I worked normal business hours

My family and I experienced a house fire and where very fortunate to find an opening at Capital Park at 72 West. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and will make every effort to ensure your stay is very pleasant and comfortable. The maintenance personnel are on the spot and will ensure that job orders are performed in a timely manner. The apartments and amenities are top notch and most of all the "gated apartment complex" provided an additional sense of security. My overall experience is that residing there is well worth the price for an enjoyable

My experience so far with Capital Park has been nothing short of AMAZING! From the moment I called in to learn more about this property, I have had such a great experience. Tammy was very helpful with EVERYTHING, literally she answered all my questions, showed me around and has been so helpful throughout the application process. These apartments are STUNNING and are so close to everything. The neighborhood is quiet, clean and worth the visit...so check it out for yourself!

I don’t even know where to start! I went for my scheduled tour of the property and this place is absolutely gorgeous!!!! The lady who helped me was Tammy and she was very professional but also personable. She was extremely nice and she took her time answering all of my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed or like I was getting on her nerves with all of my questions like some places do. She was very knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed about each apartment I viewed as well as the property itself.
