I hired Skubiak and Rivas to defend two tickets in an accident that I received that was not my fault. The attorney was able to get these faulty tickets dropped. Now my insurance company will pursue the other driver who ironically has the same insurance. Very grateful for their services.

Years ago, before I even lived in the state of Florida I got into some traffic trouble. Skubiak & Rivas was recommended to me from a friend. They were absolutely awesome. They helped me with my issues and got me off with minimal charges. I am not proud to say I am a habitual offender, but I drive fast and occasionally get into trouble. Once I moved to Florida I have continuously used Skubiak & Rivas, they have helped me over and over again and always has a positive outcome. Just recently I got into a bit more trouble then usual, and again, Skubiak & Rivas was right there for me without fail.

I got into a fender bender while I was driving through the Orlando area. I needed someone to handle the ticket for me. I did not want to have to go back to the area to go to court on my own and I also wanted to keep the points off my license. I wanted to keep my 3 year perfect driving status on my license as well. The whole process was easy. I emailed them and they responded in a timely manner. I was able to pay through an authorization form by email. Then they kept me up to date on everything. They cost was fair. Ultimately they got the ticket dismissed and didn't even have to pay court cost

I had received a red light running camera ticket and hired Traffic Law Firm to represent me. I have used other law firms in the past and they all have had my tickets dismissed without paying court costs. The Traffic Law Firm did get my ticket dismissed, but I was ordered to pay court costs, which was $191. The total cost for the dismissal and the fee to represent was $281. You are better off paying the $158 ticket that doesn't give you points. I don't know if they think paying court costs as acceptable, but it is not when other firms get your ticket dismissed without paying it.

Traffic Law Firm is an incredible organization. I was recommended them by my parents for a speeding citation that I had received. It was looking very grim for me but when I hired them they were helpful, and were quick to assure me that everything would be alright. Their price I found was very fair considering the results they got me. Not only were they able to get my case dismissed, but there were no secondary charges either! I would recommend them to anyone I know!

Skubiak & Rivas handled my husband's speeding ticket. He had used them once before a very long time ago. They were prompt and understanding, kind and proactive with ultimately getting the ticket dismissed. Also, they are not any more expensive than Ticket Clinic or any of the other types and you get far better customer service. I can't say enough WONDERFUL things about this Attorneys office. This is our 2nd time retaining them for my husband's drivers license/ticket issues.
Sharon, the Legal Assistant is beyond professional and super warm, caring and extremely helpful.
I called her at the end of the day on a Friday, and by Monday afternoon the attorney with Skubiak & Rivas, had already been to court, taken care of the criminal traffic issue, AND was able to reinstate my husband's drivers license!!!!!
My husband did NOT have to miss a single day of work to do anything.

I get two tickets, thought it would be dropped now i have to pay the two tickets waste of time tbh. I paid them and now still hve the pay the tickets even more now and all they said was oh now you don't have a point and don't have to go to traffic school. I might as well had just paid the tickets and call it a day. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

They are only good if you have a very basic vanilla case. DO not use if there is any type of complication in your case. There is no specific attorney assigned to your case you will be dealing with new one each meeting and than a completely new person shows up at the court and asks to be filled in on all the details. This is careless attitude but does work if all cases are about the same like a basic traffic citations.

I retained the Firm of Skubiak & Rivas when I was pulled over by a crooked FHP Officer in a rolling ticket scheme where they were giving out tickets for making illegal U-Turns when there was no signage posted that it was illegal. I had the honor and the privilege of being represented by Attorney Rivas - he is an incredible attorney, persistent, through and won a difficult case.

I hired Skubiak & Rivas for a $500 speeding ticket I got. All I had to do was pay the attorney fees which were way lower than my ticket. I didn't have to show up in court. They literally took care of it all. AND my charges were dismissed with no points added to my license. I didnt know this was possible, but I'm super grateful this was the outcome! I have used their services twice. My case was dismissed in both of them. They are excellent, courteous, professional and apparently awesome at what they do!
I would highly recommend them. One small tip for the firm: It would be nice to have an online system to track the status of the ticket rather than calling to ask about it. But even when I called, I always got a friendly, patient and professional treatment. Thanks again!

So I had gone several years with nary a ticket, when lo and behold I was struck with no less than three tickets in the month of October. Desperate to not have my insurance go sky high, I did some research and determined traffic court would be the best recourse for me not hating life.
