I’m a new resident of about 2 months. So far I love living here, and I would say it has some pros and cons (like anywhere). The apartments have plenty of room. The closet, washer/dryer, fridge/stove/microwave, kitchen, and bathtub/bathroom are awesome! You can tell they are lived (wear and tear) in but it is still nice. It’s a very quiet and peaceful place to live. The only things that I have had any issues with is sometimes the parking can be hard to find a spot but it’s usually only like that after 4pm, and there are occasional bugs that I find dead (but pest control will come by if you

As soon as we got there found out the washer did not work. They sent someone to fix it. The guy had no clue what he was doing. They ended up replacing the appliance weeks later. Then the dishwasher kept washing for hours and hours, non stop, after weeks of waiting for a part, they finally fixed it.
The smell of marihuana was so bad we couldn't enjoy the balcony because the stench was overpowering. Marihuana everywhere, loud drunk people running on the hallways fridays and saturday nights. Traffic from bucee's cuts trhough the parking lot and cars fly by. We were witnesses of a couple

Very professional the ladies in the office we’re very professional very nice you can tell they love the job and they know what they’re doing. I will also say Deborah was over the top with personality and very willing to help. From showing us around to answering any questions we had about the properties or concerns , they made it so simple and easy for us.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. The apartments look nice, but the management is HORRENDOUS. They create new rules out of the blue and expect you to follow them immediately. They fine over every. little. thing. Seriously.. Have something besides a chair on your patio? That's a fine. Leave your trash bin out 30 minutes past the pick up time? That's a fine. Accidentally forgot to tie your trash bag? That's a fine.
Past management, the apartment walls are VERY thin. You can hear conversations 3 doors down from inside your own apartment. You can hear conversations outside, clear as day. My appliances

DO NOT LIVE HERE. I was charged a hefty bill after moving out for some dust and other ridiculous items even though I thoroughly cleaned my apartment and took photos upon leaving.
Not to mention when I moved in the apartment was NOT CLEAN.
Below are photo of how "dirty" I left my apartment.
Management was not helpful while I lived here and rarely got anything done and was rude if they even bothered answering the phone.
Unless you would like to get ripped off with a moving out fee for cleaning even though you cleaned thoroughly; I'd look elsewhere.
Not to mention when I moved in the apartment was NOT CLEAN.

Awesome place to live! We have been here 6 months and could not be happier. From the offsite management, Martino Group, to the staff at the front office (especially Eltiza, who goes out of her way regularly) and maintenance team: everyone is very available and friendly. The grounds are beautifully maintained, pool and fitness room kept clean at all times. I feel safe and at home here.

Crooks. Crooks. And more crooks. The management at this apartment is horrible. If you have a problem Kayla, the manager will get argumentative and will scream and yell, basically act like a child. Nancy who is above her with the corporate office is just the same. We had 2 different leases, the first getting most of our deposit back. After moving out out we only get $172 back from a $500 deposit. F*cking crooks
