DO NOT GO HERE. My husband and I have been fighting to get our money back with no luck. They over charged us around $125. We knew that wasn’t right and told them no it should be a $25 copay only. They still forced us to overpay. Our insurance company verified that they overcharged us and the office staff here keeps saying they will have the financial advisor call us back but she never calls. They are rude and this has gone on for months now. Pure laziness is what got is here. If they took the time to verify our insurance correctly this wouldn’t have happened.

Dr. Kapoor is very through. He doesn't rush you in & rush you right out he asks you questions and looks at you. If you ask one question he'll ask you more & if you ask him ten he'll answer all. I highly recommend Dr. Kapoor and his staff. There's something to be said about when calling a Dr. office and they answer, not a 1-800 number... just saying. DQ.

Last week was the first time Dr. Kapoor saw me for a yearly check up. After taking my vitals and poking around a little bit he asked my husband if he would take me to the emergency room or if Dr. Kapoor needed to call an ambulance. He was swift and decisive and I'm still in the hospital but I'm grateful for Dr. Kapoor realizing something was seriously wrong. I
Continue to see Doctor Kapoor and I strongly recommend him to anyone needing GP or internal medicine doctor. He is patient and thorough.

I was looking for a PCP near my area and I’m happy that I selected Dr. Kapoor from the list of doctors my insurance provided. Dr. Kapoor and his team are all professional, patient, kind and responsive. I had no issues making my husband’s and my appointment for our annual physical. Even though I was a new patient, it was nice that the front desk remembered our phone conversation and addressed my concerns without me having to remind them. Took off one star because they don’t do on-site blood draw for lab tests which is a little inconvenient but worth the trouble for a Dr. that patiently listens

Dr Kapoor is an ok doctor but his staff is incompetent. The Indian lady in the office who sits on her butt and stares at the computer is the worst. I went in the other day and she just told me to sit down. She didn't tell me to sign in or anything. I waited in the waiting room for almost an hour. My appointment was at 1 but I left dr kapoor a office at 2:30 . It was not busy either . I will not be going back there. Also , the staff who took my vitals was sweet and the only nice person there but my BP was taken incorrectly, my legs were crossed and my arm was not at the level of my heart and

Looking for a primary doctor, I found dr. Kapoor and visited once, he was nice. I got some referrals to specialist to see what's going on in my body, and trying to get a follow up to see dr. Kapoor is impossible before one month. His staff are very rude and unhelpful. Very disturbing to see how such office stays open with such poor patient treatment. I will not return to such office staff, who don't care about people and have no social manners. Very disappointed that although he may be a great doctor, he trusts his practice to be cared for by just awful staff.

Dr Kapoor is both a kind and thorough doctor, but his staff is inconsiderate and borderline rude to patients. Over the years both my wife and I have been patients of Dr Kapoor, and as I began to take care of my fathers medical needs, I also took him to the office at Willowbrook as it was close by his assisted living facility. My wife was the first to call attention to the front staff attaching fees indiscriminately and "this is our way" attitude. She left but I stayed in until their same behavior and seemingly random policies drove me away as well. With my father though, Kapoor was very
