In early 2000, Dr. Imran Nathani began serving patients as a solo practitioner in the North Houston area. He quickly gained the trust and confidence of the community. In 2002, Dr. Muhammad Irfan joined the practice, adding his expertise to the clinic's capabilities. Together, the physicians developed a reputation for delivering the very best in quality healthcare for their patients.
Dr. Imran Nathani is a graduate of Dow Medical College in Pakistan and completed his residency in Chicago at the Illinois Masonic Medical Center, affiliated with Rush Presbyterian Hospital. Board-certified in internal medicine, Dr. Nathani has practiced in Houston since 1997. He treats patients 16 years and older.
Diabetes is a group of diseases that involve problems with the hormone insulin. Normally, the pancreas releases insulin to help your body store and use the sugar and fat from the food you eat. High blood pressure, or Hypertension, is a condition that happens when the blood flows through the blood vessels at a force greater than normal.
All physicians utilizing telemedicine medical services in their practices shall adopt protocols to prevent fraud and abuse through the use of telemedicine medical services. In order to establish that a physician has made a good faith effort these protocols must be consistent with standards established by the Health and Human Services Commission pursuant to §531.02161 of the Government Code.

My previous review from 2020 was deleted 🙄 So I have been visiting this clinic for 5 years. Dr Irfan is great, he is a very understanding and have good communication skills. The staff is not very professional. Every time they draw my blood at annual check ups I end up having many bruises on my hands. Every single year it is the same. It has never happen to me in any other place. Please see picture of my veins after two days ago visit for the annual check up 😒

Dr.s are great. I have an issue with them charging self pay patient double the price they have quoted , then being charged for procedures that they didn't do. My husband received a bill from them for over 500.00 dollars for finger sticks that he never gets, after we were told that self pay office visit was 75.00 dollars he gets charged anywhere from 100.00 dollars to 150.00 dollars visit.This is wrong. Figure out what self pay is paying and let people know. Due to this we may have to find a new Dr. that doesn't do this.

I have been a patient of Dr Nathani for over 10 years...I became his patient after falling and injuring my back..He became my doctor while I was in the hospital..I have always felt comfortable going there..Dr Nathani is a kind and caring doctor who makes sure you do what you need to do to keep up with your health...with that being said I do believe that some of his staff have not been the nicest or the most helpful at times. Getting thru to someone has at times been very difficult..but I do believe they are improving...

At every opportunity Dr Nathani and his staff have exceeded every possible expectation. Short notice…no problem…the staff has assisted me at every turn…and I can be rather demanding in my needs. I would recommend anyone needing a thoughtful and experienced Doctor to consider Dr Imran Nathani. I trust this man (and his staff) with my health.

My dad went there and he has fever, muscle aches during corona time and instead of telling us to do COVID test he gave us some other test like blood test and gave him a medicine to reduce fever that didn’t help and later we tested him on other place and found out he had corona. Since the doctor took his blood sample we made another appointment to talk about but after we found out my dad has corona he didn’t go back, but since that day we have to pay his bills, though our insurance cleared up and we paid from our pocket too :(
