Convenient parking, handicapped parking and handicapped entrance. Staff are friendly and accommodating except for the occasional new staff at the reception desk who seem to go by these strange made up rules in their mind...SMH.. Otherwise my doctor is wonderful, his nurse practitioner Vicky is absolute wonderful along with Jessica the office administrator, two fantastic people who just so happen to be related... Go figure.
All in all it is a decent place to go they have a plethora of therapists to choose from.
If you are required to take a urine test for your Suboxone visit and for some reason

Dr.patil is great but when it comes to medication issues its horrible. 5 days my son's father has been waiting to get his meds called in because his pharmacy didn't have them. Every time i call We get the run around. It's ridiculous when ppl need their meds and spend days on the phone with no resolution

Worst facility ever. Nicki is completely incompetent. They require you to go through their intake and then if you don’t set up an appointment immediately they say you have to do intake again. I keep trying to get an appointment for my son but they keep putting me off saying have to do intake which involves taking infomroairon then calling you back a week later despite it being the same information they took last time. My husband makes $300k/year. We have excellent insurance. I’ve called three times and never been able to get an appointment to help my child. Do not waste your time as they care

Nightmare. I look back and I can honestly say that my dealings with Summit Psych where horrible.
The only diamond in that hell hole was PA Kramer no longer there.
The office staff were miserable. My PA appts would get canceled by the staff and next available 2 months out. Panic for the long passage of time w no med check. Eventually med Rx needed. Leave messages with the most miserable ‘Nurse Ratchet’
Weekday nurse. Between the nurse and the office staff I was met w passive aggressive attitudes.
Awful awful uncaring. They should be shut down.
Shame on you Summit Psych.

This place is without question the most mis managed practice I've ever seen. Scheduling a follow-up appointment is an exercise in futility as not once, not twice, but 6 times were my appointments rescheduled. And not only do they constantly rescheduled you, but you get a text on the day of your appointment, usually only hours before you are to see your therapist. And it's always the same excuse. Family emergency. One family emergency, okay. Two, okay. But six? C'mon. These appointments are not for a flu or some knee pain. They are to remain on psychiatric medication that prevent hospitalization

Avoid this place. They are running a scam. They are not affiliated with Psychology Today. More accurately they are on a list, that anyone can get on. Patients are not seen by a doctor--I found the PA abusive, and when I called to complain I was met with silence.

Absolutely terrible experience. The new NP told my husband he doesn't have any illnesses and said there is nothing they can do...after being diagnosed by a DOCTOR....what!?!?! Absolutely crazy don't waste your time or energy. Front staff is rude and this place is useless since Dr. Kramer left. We travelled an hour to see Dr. Kramer. The NP he saw never smiled once. She only asked 2 questions and never asked about his symptoms. Unprofessional NP that will not take your mental illness seriously. Her name is Diana and she was terrible! Please I beg of you don't send your love one here they will make

I love my therapist Brittany! I have tried going to therapy 5 times in my life and hated every therapist I seen. Brittany really takes the time to get to know you and she is a very smart woman!
