Services
I hold a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and am a Licensed Professional Counselor. My experience includes working with children, teens and adults to address concerns with depression, anxiety, and other behavioral and emotional concerns. Together we will create goals and a plan to achieve those goals.
Consulting is available for mental health professionals looking to start or grow their own private practice. We can offer guidance on building and growing a case load, credentialing with insurance companies, and medical billing. Clinical supervision for clinicians working towards their licensure or licensed professionals looking for additional support is available.
The first session is focused on informational gathering. We will work to complete an Initial Evaluation to identify history, symptoms and current concerns. This helps to ensure a personalized treatment. We will also review confidentiality, expectations in counseling and demographic information (address, phone number, emergency contact).

Gretchen is amazing with the nurofeedback. I started Nurofeedback for several reasons. I was hoping it would help me take my business to the next level, sleep, and stress management. It’s far exceeded my expectations. It has helped my memory, prioritizing task, being more productive at work and helped manage stress. I am getting so much more done and I’m not leaving work stressed. I’m sleeping at night. I feel well rested and ready to tackle the day when I get up. Thank you Gretchen for helping me. I’m looking forward to the next year of nurofeedback sessions and your business coaching

******BEWARE********
For those who are considering Neurofeedback, find someone that is more experienced and has more concern for their patients than money. My son and I came to Gretchen wanting her to help with one annoyance each. My son and I started experiencing negative results right away. Gretchen kept asking for more time to let her try different things. We just kept getting worse. I gave her 2 months and my son was still having manic meltdowns and is a ball of nerves the majority of the time (which was never a problem before). I have been suffering a deep depression, extreme stress, anxiety
