Services
I am a board certified Psychiatric, Women's Health, and Addiction Nurse Practitioner. At SOS, I treat ages 18 and older and offer medication assisted treatment for individuals with addiction. I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Masters of Science in Nursing in 1999 and completed a post graduate certification in 2018 from Wilkes University as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.

Medicated-Assisted Treatment (MAT) is the use of FDA- approved medications, in combination with counseling and behavioral therapies, to provide a "whole-patient" approach to the treatment of substance use disorders. There are three medications commonly used for MAT: Methadone, Naltrexone, and Buprenorphine.

This is an amazing place for people who put forth the effort and are serious about there recovery the staff is so wonderful liz has helped me tremendously with resources helping make calls ect.she goes above and beyond Tristan has also been helpful Tyler bethany, zoe have all helped for an example I went in the other morning and Tyler sat down asked how I was and talked they are all so kind hearted and go above and beyond for this community they genuinely care Josh I'm not sure if he volunteered or just works there but hes a funny guy and is also very welcoming they make it a point to be there
