This place has some of the best customer service! I've been coming here for a while now and place orders for pick up over the phone. They always take the time to make sure they get the order correct and they label the sandwiches clearly if there are special requests. I will definitely keep coming back. Please do yourself a favor and try the "Big John Sandwich" it's delicious!

My wife who is the coffee drinker loves the coffee too! Lorel is quick, personable and crates that local family atmosphere that is so hard to find these days. Not only is the soup and everything scrumptious it is Healthy too!! My favorite place for reasonably priced meals in Long Beach!!

My go to for my breakfast and lunch needs. Honestly, a dirty chai latte is my go to and BLT bagel in the morning. Their cookies are amazing! It's made in house and is my favorite! During the pandemic, they maintain social distance and are always clean and efficient. Definitely a nice homey feel to the decor and atmosphere. I am a sucker for mom and pop shops!

If you haven't been to Cafe Lorel's yet, you have to try it!! So many great, delicious options to eat and drink. You can tell they put love into the food and drinks they make along with fresh ingredients. My all time favorite is their tomato bisque and Lorel's famous cookie (must have)! They also offer oat/almond milk as dairy alternatives. They have an outdoor patio area if your prefer to eat there or to-go options as well.

Best cookies and breakfast bagels! Oh and the lunch specials are always delish. Everyday there's different soup of the day! I've personally had them all and I haven't been disappointed once! Personal favorites are the poblano chowder and tomato bisque! If you come for breakfast I highly recommend the randi bagel and Columbian coffee.

The woman helping me didn't seem interested in dealing with me when I asked for an extra small plate or when I asked for the wi-fi password.
A friend and I were hoping to get a little bit of work done with our laptops so we sat at one of the four-tops they had. The place didn't seem busy but the same woman asked us to move to a smaller table though in case a bigger party comes along. There were plenty other tables open. We obliged and moves to a tables that was cramped with both our latops. I don't know.
About 20 minutes after moving, she came by and apologized for moving us and
