Recently toured an apartment here at Wellspring and I have absolutely nothing negative to say at all. From the second me and my boyfriend stepped foot into the leasing office we were welcomed with professionalism and kindness. The office itself was so welcoming. Brice took us on our tour and was very transparent with all fees and other information. He answered all our questions and really sold the apartment and the community. The apartment we viewed was not one of the "updated" ones, however it still really nice. The apartment seemed spacious and the balconies with French doors are a nice touch

My personal experience- while visiting the 'model' apartment, the surroundings, the location, the accessibility to stores, etc., and the people in the leasing office, everything/everyone were good and appealing. But my experience while moving in, was terrible and stressful after signing the lease agreement. Many recent reviews here are by people visiting the 'model' apartment, before leasing.
4 months in, floor vinyls are still torn since moving in. The roof creaks. Most recent - Stranded with no water and no response from maintenance after leaving multiple messages, two consecutive days. I sincerely

The customer service and professionalism that I have received from start to finish during the rental process has been stellar. Patrice was my first line of contact and she not only made me feel welcomed, she explained the rental process thoroughly and showed me the model on the same day. On the day I was able to see my new apartment Bryce was super busy and made the time to show me the apartment as well as answer and take care of my questions. Mackenzie, Patrice, and Bryce were super nice and prompt to fix all issues I had with my apartment. I am very pleased with my new apartment and the lovely

I had a great experience when I was living here awhile ago. The only issue I had was parking spaces. It’s difficult to be able to come home and can’t get inside your home because you have nowhere to actually park. Sometimes I would have to wait for 45 minutes or however long until someone left to park or park my car in another area to go home although I was at home. Good with maintenance. The apartment was outdated then and the living room and kitchen is in the same area is what I didn’t care for too much. It’s was a good stay.

Pros: The staff are helpful and friendly, the grounds are well kept, either my neighbors are quiet or the walls are thick, it seems to be a good part of town, maintenance is prompt in responding to most issues, they replace carpet between tenants.
Cons: My apartment (1 bed, 1 bath) doesn't look like the pictures posted on Zillow or their website. It's visibly quite "lived in." I think a big contributor to this is due to the fact that they paint the walls between tenants, which on the surface is a great idea however it leads to sloppy paint jobs and thick layers of paint that ends up chipping and

Just moved in. Very nice apartment and great deal for the amount of space. Received a 3BR for the price of a 2BR. Leasing office was great about answering questions and responding back to me about the move in process. Maintenance staff was friendly while I was moving in. Brice made the application and leasing process very seamless. Happy to be close to the Irmo/Harbison area.

I had a tour of Wellspring Apartments last week and applied for one of their apartments shortly after. This complex is one of the best ones in Columbia area with exceptionally nice environment and easy access to Costco, Walmart, etc. It is within 15-20 minutes of drive distance from downtown Columbia. Mackenzie was very nice and patient in showing me the complex and explaining the different options for my moving date and price range. I highly recommend this complex for anyone who is looking for a nice, safe, and relaxing place for living in the Columbia area.

We had a great experience on our initial visit. Brice was so kind and helpful. We loved everything about the community and will be applying for our future home! The apartment was so spacious and the complex was very quaint and clean. Really had a "homey" feeling instead of a big overwhelming space! Thank you for your time, Brice. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They will not let you view the place prior to leasing but will let you look at the model that's of course clean and has matching appliances. Once you move in and get your keys your met with, rusted sinks, dirty toilets, moldy windows, bugs, doors that don't close well, leaking water heaters, paint runs that span a whole wall and everything leaks. This property expects $950+ a month but they offer absolutely nothing of value. After trying make it work since I signed a lease. I find out I have a neighbor who likes to fight very loudly with her

This is a review coming from someone who lived a whole year lease at Wellspring Apartments, and here's my complaints.
First of all the bug issues are insane. They charge you for pest control and we've still had issues with bugs all around our apartment all year. We didn't even have pets when we lived there and our apartment was riddled with fleas. We constantly had issues with roaches and spiders, not to mention gnats no matter how clean we tried to keep the place. It was as if we lived with the bugs and they were paying rent. I saw someone complained about the stray cats, and yes

I recently spoke with the manager regarding the environment in and around the apartment. There are stray cats that have been living outside my apartment for months, and have caused many problems for me and my dog. I have a small 3 lb Yorkie that gets attacked by these cats when I take her outside. I've asked for them to be removed and as an inconvenience gesture to void the $15 pet fee I pay for my dog. They denied me this. Last night while i was sleeping a roach fell from the ceiling and landed on my face just missing my mouth. I brought this to their attention, and stated all is well if

Love the location because it is near some of my favorite retail stores such as Old Navy, New York & Company, Forever 21, and many, many more! More importantly it is close to hospitals, most employers and also great places to eat!
Wellspring Apartments have a very professional and courteous staff that answers all questions and if they are unsure, the apartment manager steps in to ensure that all is well. I love the grounds and nature walks around the complex not to mention they are less than 5 minutes from Harbison Recreation Center.
