If you are trying to decide between all the different off campus student housing 110 is the way to go. The staff is friendly and does tons of fun things for its residents like free waffle house, foo, slushies, and much more. Over my summer living here there hosted water ballon fights, crawfish at the pool and a waterslide day. The staff here really cares about its residents.
While living here I had two maintenance requests. Both were answered the day after. When one of my smoke detectors was alerting for low battery they went ahead and replaced all the batteries in all the smoke detectors in the

My daughter has been at One Ten for 3 years while attending USA. It has been a safe place, convenient to the campus. The management and CA’s are excellent and I love how they plan activities to get the residents together. It helped her to meet new people and not be so homesick! It is not the cheapest place available, but has been worth it for our piece of mind. And let’s be honest all the student living is super expensive! Overall we are so glad we made the decision for our daughter to live at One Ten!!

I lived here during the 2019-2020 school year and it was great for the first month, then gradually became an absolutely awful experience. The gate meant to provide security was often left open all hours of the day and night. The guys below me sold drugs out of their apartment and since the gate was broken, there were always strange grown men walking around my building. I was not okay with paying almost $650 a month only to be left feeling completely unsafe in my home. Maintenance was a joke. Someone left a bag of rotting chicken on our landing, our neighbor puked all over the stairs the same week

My friend, who wishes to remain anonymous, has had a terrible experience with One Ten Student Living. He was paired with a roommate who is 5 years younger, left dishes in the sink, did drugs in the apartment, and peed on the couch. He's gone to management for help, and no help was given. He is still tied to a lease with a person they paired him with that they have done nothing about! I would NOT want my son or daughter in this situation.

The worst decision my fiancé made was to live here. Management is a joke. The grounds are absolutely disgusting. Residents are allowed to leave trash bags outside their door for weeks at a time with no repercussions. The amenities are never available to residents. One time during finals week, the printers that they advertise were down. So, we had no way to print papers and things that were due. They refused to prorate rent in August , (even though you aren't allowed to get keys until mid-August) claiming that they allow you to stay extra days after the lease ends in July. This is not true
