Services
Rates are quoted for 12 people. Add $150 per additional person ages 2 years and above. Deposit: 50% of rent is due to secure home. Balance of rent, tax and damage deposit must be paid 30 days prior to check-in day. Damage Deposit: $500 Damage Deposit is refunded Wednesday after check-out if home is left in order.

Why is the picture fuzzy/blurry? This camera is located by the ocean and points out toward the water. Because of this, it is subject to a number of conditions that affect the quality of the picture. Most common is blurriness caused by rainy weather and sea breeze. Rain or dew mixed with blowing sand makes it very difficult to maintain an absolutely perfect picture 365 days a year.
We understand that going on your dream vacation to Destin Florida can be expensive. You may have found the perfect Beach House but you don't have the money from everyone in your group or you just need some time to save up. We are happy to offer financing though the "Bill Me Later" service that is offered through Paypal.

I have been vacationing in Destin for years and always used Trevor and Sarah for my Rental needs. They provide the absolute best in Class Service and Accommodations. My Family and I have stayed in 2 of their rentals and are always blown away with the Cleanliness and Presentation of the houses. What an Amazing Family Owned and Operated Business.
