We noticed roaches when we first moved in. We submitted multiple service request to fix the issue and they sprayed and sprayed and never worked. They are everywhere, they even made their way onto the bed and woke up to roaches on me. They refuse to work with us and break the lease without penalties which isn't our fault that they have a roach infestation which is in many violations and inhabitable for anyone to live their especially a pregnant woman. The hallways smell of smoke and trash everywhere. The worst experience I've had at an apartment. No compensation or anything for what we experienced

I’d like to start out by saying I never write reviews because I don’t think it’s cool to mess with people’s livelihood or criticize an experience for the public to see. It is a beautiful place and I have been looking into living there for quite some time. My grandmother just moved into town recently so I decided to get some info on any possible units they have available. Nobody was at the front office and the maintenance person who greeted me was incredibly nice, told me the person would be back shortly (which is completely understandable) and even made sure I didn’t have an emergency

Moving is such a huge hassle however Lysandra made it such an easy and smooth experience! I looked, leased, and moved in within such a short amount of time! She is very profesional, friendly and knowledgeable! She was very attentive every a step of the way, all of my questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner. I love my unit as it is very spacious and everything is updated and modern. I am very very happy with my decision of moving to Arlington hills and I would definitely recommend to anyone I encounter that is in the search of their new home!

I love my home. lysandra made our move easy. After we were hit with a tornado with no where to go she made our move go flawless I feel safe, it’s quiet everyone is friendly and the office staff is amazing!! Always available and very down to earth and can not forget the maintenance crew, they are quick in getting any repairs done. they are very polite. I am very happy I made the move to Arlington Hills.
