Wondering where to start or what class is the best fit for you? Book a No Sweat Intro meeting below with one of our staff members! They will meet with you to discuss your goals and help guide you towards the right class for you. Bar fit is not your typical gym. There are not rows of treadmills or bikes.

Instead, there is a variety of high end fitness equipment. There are not open hours to access this gym. It is by appointment only so please check the class schedule if you are interested in group training. Personal training is also available if you are wanting a more specific, individual approach. The mission at Bar Fit is to provide high quaility services to help people live a more healthier and happier lifestyle.
Services
I hold a Bachelors degree is Exercise Studies from the MVNU, is ACSM personal training certified, 5 years of personal training experience, a Former figure competitor. I am mother of three amazing kids- Easton age 8, Anniston age 6, and Lennon age 4. Fitness has always been a big part of my life. In the past four years I began to incorporate more weight training and perfecting my form.
Strength is a 50 minute workout that includes resistance training, bodyweight exercises, and more. It will help sculpt and shape your body. We use a combination of barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and more! This class has a combination of high intensity cardiovascular exercises mixed with core exercises.
Need motivation and guidance in the gym. Private training is a ono-on-one person training session that is custom to a person's fitness goals. There are monthly measurements and optional progress photos to track your progress. Your time is now! Have a friend that want to train together? Dual personal training is an option to help cut the cost and have a great accountability partner.

Maddy Queen is the best. I had her as a personal trainer in a group of two to three, including myself. Be prepared to sweat, grunt, groan, and feel the burn! Maddy pushed us to the limit. She helped us to improve ourselves. She's so sweet and motivational. I fully enjoyed the time I spent here.

This is a great gym. They have a motivating and positive vibe there and everyone is very nice. Plus, it's very clean (which for a clean freak like me, is important). I really like Madi's temperament (the owner and head trainer). She encourages you to do your best and is always positive. And she makes sure that whatever you are doing, you have proper form so you don't hurt yourself, which for someone like me in there late 40s, is important. I highly recommend this gym.
