I moved into building 310 on August 30. The day I moved in I'm told the apartment is ready and all need to be done was the kitchen. That was a whole lie, this apt is disgusting, rust around the toilets, under the sinks in the bathrooms and kitchen are dirty. The vents are disgusting as well. I was told the day I moved in that there were no new appliances, their cleaning lady was cleaning the stove that the previous tenants were using and that wasn't a good job. I was given a stove from a previous tenant's apt which is dirty as well. Rent is 2,455 dollars a month. I was told there

Went to see an apartment with an appointment at 12pm. We got there at 11:50am and checked in with security. We were told the representative would come down at 12pm. Another couple arrived at exactly 12pm but we assumed they were just early for their appointment as well. It was then 12:15pm and finally the representative came down. He had no recollection of our appointment but he did of the other couple. He then went back upstairs to check his appointments which took another 10 minutes. Came down and told us we were scheduled for 1:30pm which is impossible since one of us worked at 1:00pm and we

We’ve been living in the tower building of Prospect Place for nearly a year now, and we are so happy about our choice to move here, we decided to renew for another year-
The building is very clean and well-maintained, and everyone from concierge staff to those who operate and represent the leasing office (the head manager, Stan and also Gina, Marina and Mike) are very kind and helpful. As a resident of Prospect Place Apartments, I'd like to state that Marina in the front office has a customer service level that is second to none. I've been a resident for over 6 years, and since Marina has been in the front office, any requests (and there have been many) have been handled efficiently, professionally and completely. Was only living in the towers about 6 months prior to the pandemic and I have to say that the experience has been superb! It’s had its ups and downs but what business relationships don’t. Starting with the the office, my leasing consultant Marina was always so personable and welcoming. I bombarded her with questions and demands I basically got on her nerves but she took it with professionalism. Mr. Dan my absolute FAVORITE!!! He goes above and beyond the call of duty. Always has a smile on his face! Answers service calls quickly and efficiently! Anytime I see him engage with tenants he knows

I’ve been living in 310 now for a year and a half, the new management is incredible. They are on top of any issues and quickly get it taken care of. The team of Marina, Gina and Stan have been great and work well together. There is a very positive and inviting environment in the leasing office now. My wife and I moved in on October 1, 2020. Marina handled our application and all I can say is Marina is awesome, she was more than happy to assist us with the application process.
Marina took the time to answer all of our many questions about the apartments at Prospect Place; We found her to be very understanding of our needs (my wife has a disability).
