Janky fight club masquerading as a wonky apartment building. Steer clear. Horribly managed and owned.

Go elsewhere.

I know several residents who live here and spent a lot of time here myself. Although pass management missed the mark at times, they always remained professional. The current manager has not only destroyed the moral with residents, she continues to demonstrate petty behavior then tells corporate she is being harassed. She convince certain tenants to write good reviews so she doesn’t look bad. However, the building is dirty, compactor is always full, the floor is stained with vomit, liquid, the lobby door, garage is often unlocked and open. It’s a shame how this was once the best luxury place

All of my go -to stores have been no further than 10 minutes away literally . The area is perfect ! Diana has been a pleasure to work with , from touring to now . She’s been extremely accommodating , anything Ive needed is done in a timely manner .I am very happy with my choice so far , has been a great experience !

I’ve lived at this property for 3 years. I looked at probably every building in Hackensack and this was the most modern, open floor plan, solid construction I found. You really can’t hear neighbors above or below you. It’s by far the most well-maintained, cleanest property I’ve lived in. Maintenance is on the ball, cleaning crew is here constantly. Management is polite, courteous and fair. (I admittedly make that pretty easy by also being polite, courteous and fair😌)

I have lived here for 2 years and have had nothing but positive experiences as a resident. The current Property manager Diana Hall is attentive, proactive and always responsive to any and all concerns. I will be extending my lease for another year and I hope that Diana stays on board, because she’s an asset to the Vue community.

Rent should cost $1850 at a place like this with affordable housing tenants and employees. Nice cars broke people.

I have lived here at The Vue for 2 years and 2 months now. Ive worked with 5 different property managers in that time. Kathleen, Shay, Gena, Angela and now Diana. Kathleen, I did not work with that long but Shay and Gena were great property managers. They ensured that tenants needs were met, remained knowledgable regarding things going on in the building and ensured repairs were prioritized. The new property manger is nothing short of aloof. She is rude, dismissive and lies and tells The Vue's coorprate anything to get her way. She knows nothing when asked questions regarding concerns tenants

I have lived at The Vue for 2 years and I'm very happy to call this place home. The overall quality of the apartment is top notch (spacious floor plans, nice appliances, high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, concrete walls makes it impossible to hear your neighbors). Our apartment also has a nice view of the New York skyline. Geena, the apartment manager has been extremely helpful with any request and she goes out of her way to ensure the residents are kept happy. She also organizes social events for us to get to know our neighbors. The common areas are sparkling clean and well maintained. The

We love living here! We have lived here for two and a half years! Gina is our Manager, and she is awesome and amazing! She is so personable, and has everything taken care of as soon as you voice your concern! We have been through a few office mangers since we moved in on April 1, 2017, and FINALLY we have a manger who treats the renters with respect and dignity! Gina has brought back life into this building. When we first moved in everyone was a big family. We had a former manager who was rude, lied, and barely showed up for work who made the family feeling disappear. In the time under Gina’s

I've lived in this apartment complex since it opened. Let me paint the picture for you. Go to Google and look up "AirBnB The Vue Hackensack Laura" and you'll read all the reviews from guests staying here about the road noise coming from all the major highways. Now try living here with all the road noise plus all the AirBnb guests making noise at all hours of the day and night, and the management company doing nothing about it. I"ve made several attempts to reconcile this issue of noisy AirBnb guests that treat this place like a hotel, but to no avail. Just a quick rundown

I honestly don’t know what the negative reviews are about, I’ve lived here for a year now and the staff has gone beyond their own means to accommodate their family. I call them family because that’s exactly how they treat all of their tenants in the building.
My view is amazing and i wake up to beautiful sunrises and sleep to gorgeous sunsets. The noise level is tolerable to anyone who ever lived in NYC it’s normal. Free cookies daily and free bagels on Friday’s. They even offered a pottery sculpting class, like c’mon what residential building have you ever heard of that does that

This is when the use of fake news is appropriate.Lack of professionalism from Kathleen who I guess is the manager but the owner seems like he may be becoming a slum lord. They put fake eviction notices taped to people's doors if they are 15 days late when it comes to paying their rent, and even when you pay it after the 15 days, you have to pay the lawyer who is an idiot. and it is not a certified delivery, the note is taped to the door for everyone to see. Some poor tenants have gotten so scared they moved out. I had an eviction notice posted on my door despite paying my rent on time when

Upon walking in, the place smelled fresh as the light shone in through the big glass doors. There were many closets ready for use. The kitchen was beautiful. However, we did wish we investigated further for pots and pans hidden in one of the cupboards. The bathroom had a great aesthetic with marble walls. Our room had a nice bed right next to a big window overlooking the NJ and the NY skyline! Overall, this is basically what I want my future apartment space to look like😊
