AWFUL! RUN THE OTHER WAY!!
NO consideration for tenants. Always doing pointless LOUD construction projects EVERY WEEKEND AT 7AM. You can always rely on landscapers waking you up every Mon & Tues @ 7am. Coin laundry with 4 small residential washer/dryers from the 90's ($3 a load). Not allowed to decorate for holidays. Not allowed to BBQ. Everything breaks in apts because its cheap materials, even in their "RENOVATED/UPDATED APTS". Don't expect your deposit back because EVERYTHING is YOUR FAULT. Raise the rent 2% EVERY YEAR. They put letters in your door making up new rules, every week that aren
