Park Villas Apartments is a community that offers apartment homes for restricted income residents. Residents are subject to the Maximum Allowable Household Incomes Identified below. HOUSEHOLD SIZE: Includes each person who will reside in the home regardless of age.

HOUSEHOLD INCOME: All income from any income source, including but not limited to, all wages, social security payments, retirement benefits, military and veterans disability payments, welfare and unemployment benefits and any interest and dividends payments.

My apartment is nice. And I'm trying hard to keep it nice.. but the service is slow and they don't keep there word. I just feel like sometimes no one cares.. They can never tell you for sure what day there coming to fix..you wait and wait until you can't no more so you keep calling and reminding them that your waiting. Well, there was a leak in the upstairs apartment and my bathroom ceiling got stain from it. And it has been almost 2weeks or more and they haven't come to paint.not yet. Another time was my living room,and bed room and they did a sloppy job in painting I still see the stain. That

I never have problems with work orders. They are always prompt and efficient. All staff has been wonderful with the new Highmark Company. I enjoy my home.

I went in and put in request to have spare bedroom door repaired. Later that day the maintenance man stopped me just as I was going into my apartment. To let me know they would just replace the door. It's now replaced in a timely manner, great job and response time.

Park Villas is a good place to live I have no problems with anyone I have been living here now going on three and a half years everything is going well and I plan on living here for as long as I can thank you for allowing me to get here give me apartment complex are my neighbors out good although I stay inside most of the time thank you for having me and be blessed
