I was extremely excited to apply for an apartment after touring the property with Shay a few weeks ago. She was very nice, professional but super sweet and the property was very nice however when I just called to apply, I was very abruptly told they are under new management and even though the website says there are apartments available, Ashley in her very cold tone just stated there is nothing until the second week of November. I understand changes happen but maybe some coaching on how to explain that to potential new residents would be nice. Seems like new management might not be as good after

I just moved out after a year of living at Solamere. It was great and I had no issues or complaints. The apartments are really spacious!! The property manager Kelly and leasing agent Shae are super amazing! They are extremely helpful and respectful, and genuinely care. I highly recommend considering this apartment.

Beautiful place and definitely worth the price. Michaela went over everything very well and thoroughly and educated me on everything to expect and needed to know from the time I start my lease to the time I move out. The Solamere grand actually provide you with information that other places does not provide you with that have you confused or lost when something is actually needed to be done or expected at times. Best I’ve came across. Highly recommend you wouldn’t regret it.

Walls are TOO thin. You can hear EVERYTHING! Neighbors above you, below you, next door to you. People are always speeding through the neighborhood. Apartment was not clean when we moved in. People do not clean up after their animals at the dog park. People scream and fight for parking among other things (one space per apartment) The pool is never clean.... I mean never. You can literally smell funk before you get in. It's because of all these issues that I'm going to say.... it is extremely overpriced. I would not recommend to anyone that I know. The maintenance people are really nice

The apartments are pretty spacious. Walls are thin as you can hear neighbors from all directions. The management is very unresponsive and has excuses as to way they do not respond. Tenants do not pick up there dog waste around the complex or in the dog park. The rent is not cheap and you would expect you would get high rise support from high rise rent. If you can deal with all of the issues surrounding the complex you will have a nice spacious apartment. Also, employee turnover is extremely high so this should say something in its self.

This complex has beautiful grounds and great amenities (when they’re open). The inside of the apartments are pretty spacious and laid out nicely with great closet space. Over all the apartment was very nice and staff was kind BUT if you have children I would not waste your time, when I viewed the complex they told me they were kid friendly and said there were tons of families here etc, Every time my children moved on the floor, played with toys, went to the bathroom any noise that was made my neighbors were complaining and called the police and I was constantly getting letters from the leasing
