I have never been inside the buildings as I drop my sons girlfriend off here only.
I will comment on observations from the outside.
It looks very well maintained with exception to the gate system which seems to be habitually problematic.
The ducks are wonderful to see strolling around on the property.
The children in the complex could truly use a couple areas that they could enjoy playing safely at as they are many times blocking traffic while playing football in the parking lot.
That is not only dangerous for them if a car is not paying attention or is driving too fast, but presents problems

This is the worst place to live when you move in or signing your lease they are nice outgoing customer service when you first move in the maintenance does their job but after a while it all stops the nonsense that goes around here the maintenance just driving around on golf carts not doing nothing the customer service they are really rude I had to call section 8 a couple times maybe more than just a couple times to get them to do their job my dishwasher has pretty much been broken ever since I can remember I've lived here for 2 years I do not recommend this place to anybody yes it is cheap living

Alot of fake personality. Dedra waisted my time for two weeks acting like everyday i was getting closer to sealing a deal even was told on the phone on Thursday before coming in today (Friday) after i sign papers it would be mines but once again i show myself in person in she stalled me again after signing it. As I was signing the papers she even tells a guy the place is available right in front of me like I haven’t been calling everyday about this place. I’ve had everything needed at this point to get the place so i said screw it... Thankfully i was able to find another place.

I've lived here for 4 years now and really enjoy it. The only reason I don't give 5 Stars is because there are no balconies or patios. I enjoy all the wildlife we have! I like that I'm in a quiet building with neighbors who stick around. I've even grown accustom to the trains. I've not encountered any bugs, a couple of silverfish occasionally, but they come with the climate. I tell the office and they send out the pest control people. Any issue I've ever had, has been quickly repaired. Most importantly, I feel safe here. The entire staff here goes to great lengths to make this a nice place to live
