The Bike Ohio race team was founded in 2012 as a group of friends who wanted to learn and grow as bicycle competitors in the Northeast Ohio region. From there our team has developed into a close-knit group of over 30 cyclists; men and women, young and older, who share a passion for bike culture, competition, and letting the good times roll.
Bike Ohio's 501(c) Non-profit created to combat the escalating drug and alcohol epidemic in Northeast Ohio. Ohio is facing one of the worst epidemics of drug addiction and related fatalities in US history. Over 4,000 of our friends and neighbors died from drug overdoses in 2016. No community in Ohio is immune from the devastation this epidemic has inflicted upon families right here in the Cleveland area.

Phenomenal! The team is always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Also, the Bike Ohio Club is a fantastic deal. After moving from Texas last year, I was concerned I may not find a bike shop that I liked as much as the one I had in Houston. Happy to report that Bike Ohio has exceeded my expectations and I plan to have them keep my bike in working order for upcoming Ironman triathlons.

Great shop to take your road or mountain bike. I had an issue with my dropper remote on my hardtail yesterday and the minute I brought it in the mechanic had it up on a repair stand and got my seatpost in working condition again. Great service and a great staff. This is my preferred local bike shop.

Brought in my Trek that was not ridden for over 10years. I fix anything motors, cars, motorcycles but bikes are tricky and I handed it to these professionals. Less than a week later it works better than new! They went through the whole bike and replaced exactly what was needed and it needed a lot. The price was very fair and now I can get in shape again. Wonderful customer service and buying experience. Dave wanted to make sure my bike was properly sized and I knew how to work it before leaving. He answered all of my questions and was extremely knowledgeable about my bike. If I am in the market for another bike, I will for sure make the trip to Bike Ohio again.

I have had nothing but positive experiences at Bike Ohio. I bought my first bike from the shop just a few months back and the staff were able to set me up with a nice ride and answer whatever questions I had, as I am new to the sport. The staff will go out of their way to make sure you are totally satisfied and find the perfect bike for you, and will even get you fitted for a bike before you commit to a purchase. Amazing bike shop with great customer service. They're super knowledgeable about road and mountain bikes. I've purchased multiple bikes here - they take the time to fit you on it and ensure that you leave completely satisfied. Even if just stopping in to fix an issue with bikes or something simple like purchasing a new chain, they will thoroughly check everything over. I cannot say enough about this shop!

The employees are very knowledgeable as well as very friendly. They do a very good job of addressing a customer's needs and will not sell a bike if it is not what is best for the customer. They will take extra time to fit your bike to you so that it will be the most comfortable and enjoyable. Due to this great service, I just ordered a new bike from them on Friday.
In addition to their great service, they also try to get involved in the cycling community. There are group road rides that are led out of the shop as well as mountain bike outings to different parks.

This is the friendliest bike shop in the region with great service and a nice selection of bikes of all price ranges. Chad and his crew know their stuff. I have had several problems fixed on my two road bikes at Bike Ohio and turnaround time has been fast and the charges very reasonable. Good selection of accessories too. Highly recommended.
