Have basically been coming here since I first learned how to ride a bike at least 20 years. They are excellent at service and etc. I bought a bike here years ago, always take it to them for repair or if I need to buy a part of equipment or anything. Free air too!

Terrible service. Didn't even want to begin helping me fit my bike or answer basic questions about saddle fit. Then they said no other bike shops in the area could do what they can do. Arrogant and unhelpful.

Incredibly helpful bike shop. My wife and I had a fairly unique order, trying to buy two bikes from a bike company that would only ship to a bike shop, and these guys bent over backwards to get it done. Greatly appreciate everything and look forward to coming back as soon as the weather warms up.

Friendly service, extensive expertise and inventory, great repair facility and technical knowledge. Definitely value for your money.

I appreciate Tim and your shop checking things out that they don't have to when I brought in the bike. They could have just swopped out the tires like I asked and I could have broken my chain, or had the cassette fail down the road. But instead, I have a who new drive train and I am set for another 3,500 miles.

Thank for the excellent work. Tim also took the time to explain why the cassette gets impacted by a way stretched out chain and showed me all the parts. I 100% trust your shop and know that there is no upsell, just what's needed to make a cyclist happy.

This is the best bike shop around! They are knowledgable and honest.
I just took my bike in for a tune up before the Velosano. It had been sitting in garage all winter (I know....bad). They took it in the back and came out and told me they truly did not believe it needed a tune up. They oiled it and checked everything for free.

Any other shop would have taken my money....and done a "tune up" regardless of the need.

These guys/gals are the best in town! I will drive to Solon and pass many other bike shops just to give them my business!

So great to finally see a retail establishment

I find it strange that there are only 4 published reviews but 10 unpublished and all the published reviews are basically flawless. With that being said I have gone there for minor repairs flat tires and assembly and their service was remarkable. With those positive experiences I decided to take my high end bike there for some repairs. The mechanic gave me an estimate more than 2x that of any of the other two shops recommended. One shop was a large national chain, the other was a about 20 minutes away, and I wanted to support a local store. I will support local but you have to be fair in your pricing

My family has been shopping here for years. We have bought at least 4 bikes. Two for kids and 2 road bikes. Every experience has been pleasurable and low pressure. The staff is very knowledgable and always helpful. The bike service is also excellent.

This is your reliable local shop that promotes family cycling with sales, repairs, classes and accessories. I have been going to them so long, I mistakenly thought I bought my cycle from them. They tune it at a reasonable cost, and I have come to rely on them. I rely on them so much, I bring my family's bikes in to them: the parts my family has bought (tubes, brakes) from major bike chains have been substandard and the repairs didn't last. Why save a dollar or two only to redo the job in 6 months?

I stopped by this great shop countless times "just to ask more questions" as I pondered the purchase of a new bike. Every single time one of the staff would patiently answer - sometimes the same questions - and allow me to ride. I was never pressured to purchase. There are plenty of other bike shops around where I could have purchased but there was no place better to do so. The staff is amazing - friendly, knowledgeable and fun.

Today I walked out with my new bike. Thanks Brian and all for the great service. You know we'll be back!
