This place could have had my business if they didnt tread on my liberties and enforce a mask mandate that no one else is enforcing because they want to take a political stance. If they decide to change this stance, i will change my rating here...but until then, stop with the politics! Masks are unhealthy and there is no scientific evidence that they prevent people from getting sick...in fact, there is a ton of evidence that support the opposite! Don't tread on my liberties

My boyfriend and I have lived here for 2 years. Although we are now leaving, it has been a great experience! The neighborhood is quite and polite. The ladies at the leasing office are awesome. I have never had a bad experience with them. Only thing I would say is that the buildings are a bit older, so the walls are thin and creaky. Other than that I would recommend these apartments to family and friends.

I been living at Mariners Green Apartments for almost an year. I absolutely love it over here. The area is very quiet, neighbors are friendly and landlords are awesome. When ever I need to put money on my wash card during the Covid-19, Jody was right there to able add money to it. This the perfect area for anyone that is transition to apartment by them self.

I have only been here a few months. All apartments have pros and cons that is apartment life. But the walls are so thin or the carpet is. It sounds so bad like the ceiling is going to come down. I wish that part was better. And alot of nosey people but that's anywhere you live the nosey people. It is a quiet area and in good distance of everything. I have not had any major issues. Some minor ones. But office workers are the greatest thumbs up. So some of the reviews I have seen have been correct as the thin walls and lighting. I have not experienced any bug issues in my place or outside.so far

We lived at Mariners Green Apartments for two years and loved everything about them. The location for us was ideal, the staff and maintenance are friendly and always efficient. I loved the spacious room the apartment offered and having the upgraded appliances including washer/dryer was a plus. Would highly recommend!

I've recently moved into this complex and everything is perfect! The condition of my home was beautiful. I've talked to three members of the leasing staff, all of which have been thorough, eager to help, professional, and very friendly. I've met the maintenance supervisor and he is always willing to help, kind, and courteous. The area is very quiet, the grounds are well maintained, and there's always plenty of parking. I'm very pleased with my decision and highly recommend Mariner's Green Apartments!
