We lived here for 3 years and I was a homeless vet coming from the State of Alaska, when it was under another company before range water. I'm giving this three stars because all the staff, despite the hardships were easy to work with and were able to resolve any issues, even during the pandemic that has impacted everyone. The temporary hold on evictions (although I've never paid any attention to it because we did everything in our power to keep up with rent and were working with staff constantly doing the right thing) however a lot of the wrong people elsewhere took advantage of the entire situation

In a few words, this is a great place to call "home". The apartments are modern and spacious, and the amenities are excellent. The maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to any issues that you may have. It could not be better located and it's close to shopping centers, restaurants, transportation and schools. Even the military base at Ft. Benning is only 20-25 minutes away.

I moved here in October from Texas . This is the best place I ever stayed. Mariah was very helpful with everything. I know I got on her nerves emailing her everyday all day but she was helpful and I was so happy with the video she sent me of my place. This is a very clean apartment complex. I never had any issues everything was great when I moved in. My apartment was very clean And everything was new. Mariah kept me up to date with everything. They are very fast and I love the beautiful pond and the walking trails that we have. One more thing the apartments are so big and you get it a great price

I’ve loved living here. Great staff and awesome response times. Very well maintained. Truly helpful and care about the residents. Have tons of community involvement and contest which make it so fun. Pet friendly as well, they all know my dog so well and make his tail wag every time he sees them! Would recommend to others as a good safe place to live!

Great place to stay. The staff is always nice. It’s quiet and not far from anywhere you need to go inside or outside of the city. I love the gym and enjoy walking trail around the complex when I need exercise or just a nice walk to clear my head. I love the pond and ducks. Been having some electrical issues the past few months, but I think it’s kind of sorted out. Other than that, I recommend.
