Pain Free & Fit
Are you frustrated with temporary relief and ineffective treatments? Is the fear of re-injury or chronic pain causing you to gain weight, become out of shape, and settle for a life less than your dreams? If you are looking for lasting pain relief, desiring to get back into shape without hurting yourself, and want to return to your sports and physical activities, look no further.

Welcome to the Pain Free & Fit TM healing exercises of Dr. Michael C. Remy, who has helped thousands of chronic pain and injury cases for over 25 years. In either case, the end result is the same- torn and damaged soft tissue fibers, inflammation, and of course.pain! While diagnosis and various treatments are important, they rarely address these two root causes in the case of the chronic pain sufferer.

We both have something in common- frustration with pain and injury that prevents us from enjoying our daily activities, workouts, sports, and maybe our life in general. Hopefully, what I have learned to help myself, and my patients, will help you also. I suffered with back, neck, hip, shoulder, elbow and knee pain for years until I learned how to assist my own body's healing process.
There are five steps to properly stimulating your body's healing process. They are essential for relieving pain, preventing re-injury, getting back into shape, and overcoming your physical limitations. These steps strengthen your damaged tissues, allowing you to return to the physical activities and sports you enjoy.
The effectiveness of healing exercise is based on correcting and conditioning your mechanical/postural faults. To do this, you must first identify what these faults are. A basic self-analysis of your body is presented here to allow you to discover what faults you may have that are at the root of your pain and injury.
Back pain is the most common type of musculoskeletal pain that affects over 80% of all people at least once during their life time. Many of these become recurrent and chronic problems, often negatively impacting the ability to be physically active, work, and enjoy life. The risk of other health problems increases as many back pain sufferers avoid physical activity.
Many knee pains and injuries are directly related to the mechanics and posture of the hips, legs and feet. Patello-femoral syndromes, MCL sprains and laxity, lateral tracking patella problems, meniscus tears and degeneration, arthritis, and recurrent sprains and strains often have their root cause in faulty mechanics and de-conditioning.

Dr Micheal Remy is a miracle worker. His treatment has been transformational for me, Years of abusing and misusing muscles had taken their toll. I had pain everyday... to the point that I was avoiding activities that I loved because the pain was so severe . Dr Remy addressed the issue on several levels: treatment, exercises, and mindful eating. It works. It’s a process ... not an overnight quick fix. However, of you follow his regimen of exercises, you will notice the improvement in a matter a couple of weeks.

I've been a patient of Dr Remy's for quite some time now, and the help and care I've received has been absolutely superb. I initially came to this office with a herniated lumbar spine disc... Through manipulation and exercises prescribed, I was able to keep my pain under control where it doesn't interfere with my daily life. I've had a plethora of other muscular skeletal issues: strained tendons, inflammation in the knee, shoulder and neck pain etc... And no matter what the issue was, Dr Remy always had a solution through his methods. He always takes his time, never just a turnover situation. He
