The use of a drone can also help speed up the home inspection process and is safer for the home inspector because it reduces the time spent climbing up and down a ladder to get onto a roof or exterior structure, lowering the risk associated with using a ladder and climbing onto the roof or tall structures on the property.

I had Mr. DeAugustine conduct a 'home inspection' on a mobile home that I had already purchased and was in the middle of moving to (from Tx to Pa; driving). I'm not sure I could tell you what I expecteded from the experience but I can tell you I was thoroughly satisfied! Even now 5 months after the inspection, I was able to email him for clarification of an issue he had noted in his inspection. Within the hour he had replied back to thoroughly explain the answer to my question. Impressed!!

Amazing time with Zach, he did an extremely throughly inspection as well as providing insight into needed upgrades and concerns that may come with time as well ideas for home upgrades that could help increase the vaule of the home if I needed for future reference. I would definitely recommend Mirkwood Home Inspection for your home inspection reports. I scheduled Zack to perform a full home and a termite inspection. He was very prompt, thorough, informative, and detailed in his explanations and observations. If you had any questions or concerns, he made you feel comfortable enough to ask. Zach was very quick to respond to my initial message to him! All of the services were very clear cut and explained in entirety and we were able to schedule with him rather quickly. Zach walked us through the whole house and explained everything in great detail. He also gave us recommendations for things we may not necessarily need right now but will need in the future. Zach did a thorough inspection even using his drone to view the roof and then provided us pictures. He was very knowledgeable on all aspects of an older home. He even noted past water leaks in areas that we never noticed. Reasonable price for every 'nock and cranny' home inspection!! Very thorough report emailed that evening. Zach took the time to ensure his inspection covered every aspect of the home from roof to basement even though it was close to 100 degrees heat in the middle of summer! He explained things about our prospective 200+ year-old historic home that needed to be addressed and talked us through things that we could do to help maintain the home over time.
