Todd was very knowledgeable and very professional. I would highly recommend him for any home inspection or radon test. He spend more time with us then any home inspector has ever done so and was very clear about all his findings and even remedies for the findings. If you're looking for a home inspector that you can trust this is your guy.

Todd was a pleasure to deal with. He was able to get on my appointment immediately and set up radon before the actual inspection. He did a thorough job during the inspection informing me what needed to be fixed and why, or what problems could present themselves in the future. If I ever needed to go through this process again Viking and Todd would easily be the choice for me.

Honest, left no area uninspected. He was also patient and followed up with us about his suggestions. Wonderful with families that have special needs children. We definitely recommend Todd to anyone who wants quality and a technician that exudes pride in the execution of the inspection process. He even double checked things most people actually overlook.
