My name is John Quigley, Certified Master Inspector and lead inspector for Quigley Home Inspections. For most of my career, I worked at my third generation family owned plumbing, heating and contracting company. This is where I learned about all of the components of residential and commercial buildings.

The app helps us maintain our home in the most simple way without the stress and headaches of remembering when and how to keep up maintenence.
All of our inspectors are trained to get into every inch of the home possible and to give you a detailed home inspection report. When it comes to your home, we leave nothing to chance. There are literally hundreds of items that we inspect, and thousands of scenarios and defects that we take into consideration on every home inspection that we perform.
Here at Quigley Home Inspections, I use Radalink Radon Monitors to test the Radon Levels in my client's homes. To test your Radon Levels I'll bring a Radalink electronic monitoring device to your home and leave it for a 48 hour testing period.
At the end of the testing period, I retrieve the monitor, then upload the data to the Radalink Analysis Center where a Certified Radon Report is generated and emailed to up to four recipients within one hour.For example: Buyers, Sellers, Real Estate Agents, etc. A Repair Verification takes place after negotiations have been made to repair items found by the Home Inspector.
