I would highly recommend Bob for your home inspection. I used him on 24 January 2020 to inspect my new construction townhome.
He was friendly, professional, and so completely thorough! He is super detail-oriented and caught things that I ignored. He arrived at least 30 minutes before our start time and was hard at work when I arrived. I received my home inspection report from Bob the following day and was very satisfied with his findings.
