Emily is simply amazing. I have been with Emily since 2016 on and off. She has seen me in my darkest moments and helped me find my way through my weight loss and powerlifting journey. It’s true what they say if your mind is not right then the rest will not fall into place. Emily’s training center offers a family friendly and comfortable space to expose your flaws without fearing judgement. My son is 11 years old and she works with him as well to get him ready for football. She has a way of teaching technique and form to a child that a child gets. As long as Emily is coaching I am a forever

Emily knows the body and how to help you correct or enhance it. I work a desk job and my posture was not the best, which leads into everything you do from leisure to lifting heavy correctly. When you do an exercise, she goes into the mechanics and helps guide you to your best form. After working on my posture and lifting form, she has taught me how to run correctly and build the core to reduce injury. You can tell she is well trained in her craft and can even explain the science behind it. I would highly recommend her and the Vigorate Team, whom are always friendly and can answer one off questions

I don’t even know where to start or even how much space I have on here to say how much these trainers mean to me! I have a special place in my heart for Emily who turned me into a powerlifter from a CrossFit-er. We spent a lot of times re jabbing my Crossfit and over use injuries, while conditioning me for my first powerlifting meet. She believed in me even when I didn’t believe in MYSELF. She is extremely knowledgeable in so many areas. I recommend that all my friends go see her because there isn’t anything she can’t help with (that I have witnessed). I have met the other trainers as well

Highly recommend the services Emily Reuland has to offer. She’s has a very impressive education in sports medicine and kinesiology. Anyone from beginning gym goers to competition bodybuilders and powerlifters should take advantage of her services. I’ve known Emily as a Graston therapist/personal trainer for 3 years and she always knows how to work out any tight muscles or correct issues I’ve had. 6/5stars
