My daughter moved here from VIRGINIA to go to UM . It’s hard enough to manage a move from over 1000 miles away but what made this process so much easier is someone like Miss Kathy Velazquez , she walked me through the lease signing process every step of the way . Every question , phone call and txt were answered promptly. I’m very thankful for her .
The apartment complex it’s exactly what you see in the pictures . Apartment is clean and spacious .
Love thy his place for our daughter .
And the best thing you are close to school , malls , grocery etc . Literally only 5 minute Away 👍🏼

The management office outright discriminate and insult applicants by conning them into a waiting game, moving the goal posts, and having them (us) pay $300 non refundable application fee that guarantees nothing. I guess there's no room for disabled people and a service dog in this god forsaken place. (Even the parking spots are taken up by people without legal permits!)
