I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist. I have a passion for counseling and enjoy working with people of all ages, helping them navigate through life's difficult and tough moments. By being mindful and present with each individual, this helps foster an environment where trust, empathy, compassion and non judgment can cultivate allowing for healing and growth to begin.
Emotional related stressors can cause a disruption in our daily lives leading to relational problems and low self-worth. The therapy process can help guide individuals back to the emotional wholeness they desire. If you are feeling lost or disconnected, experience trust issues, infidelity, or lack of communication in your relationship, counseling can aid in navigating your relationship back to connectedness, happiness, and intimacy.
I meet you were you are and create a safe, accepting space for you to experience fully without judgement or criticism. Documentation can be provided to assist you in seeking reimbursement if I am out-of-network with your insurance. If you are uninsured or would prefer your services not be filed with your insurance company, private pay hourly rates are available.
