My experience from day one with Elizabeth and Sharon has been nothing but professional and friendly. They listened to what I was looking for and bent over backwards to make it happen. The detail put into this property was well thought out to give a luxury and homey feel. I highly recommend the Luxe!

On our very first visit to The Luxe Apartments at Ridgedale we were warmly and enthusiastically greeted by leasing manager Elizabeth and concierge Sharon. They took turns showing us the state of the art amenities, stunning common areas and the extremely upscale apartment suites. On our return visit Elizabeth went above and beyond all expectations by accompanying us on an extended tour of available units. She gave us so much of her time that day so that we could find the perfect home. Her passion in guiding and assisting future residents at The Luxe is so evident in everything that she does. Sharon

My experience with the Luxe has been outstanding. I have had my eye on this place since I first toured it and I couldn’t be happier to live here. From the amazing management to the five star amenities and the well thought out small details of the beautiful building, this is the nicest complex I’ve seen. It feels as if you are in a five star hotel. Each unit I toured is so bright and light because of the floor to ceiling windows which I really love. If you are looking for an upscale, top of the line home, Luxe apartments is for you. I highly recommend going on a tour and seeing for yourself

Elizabeth has been the best person to work with by far out of our 6 month journey of trying to find the right home for us. She was incredibly helpful, super fun to tour with, and you can tell she truly cares about others! An amazing place like this deserves to have an equally amazing management staff, glad they found it! 10 out of 5 stars for both The Luxe and Elizabeth. Highly recommend

Hands down the most spectacular apartment complex I have ever seen in the Twin Cities (and in my life). I am so incredibly lucky to have found the LUXE...I still can't believe I get to call this building my home.
To start, managers Elizabeth and Sharon are absolutely fantastic and probably the most thorough and genuine leasing/management team I've encountered. They have both been so helpful and hands on and I am not surprised the residents, including myself, are so grateful...if you have a problem, they will go above and beyond to take care of it. I have never seen a building so well maintained

I can’t wait to move in! I love to cook and bake and finding gas appliances and large kitchens are near impossible in rentals. Add in floor to ceiling windows with great shades (including black out in bedroom) and it is light filled and airy. The high ceilings, balconies and wide hallways make it feel like a condo and not an apartment. The workout facilities are fully equipped and far better than most apartment or work facilities so no need to pay for gym membership elsewhere. It is also nice to know friends of friends, old neighbors and even former co-workers have made the same choice to rent

Worry free living in luxury. Fabulous cook's kitchen with a massive island and high end appliances, an owners suite including a free standing tub and huge shower, light filled rooms with floor to ceiling windows, delightful staff always ready to help and amenities galore. These are just a few reasons that make The Luxe, Apartments at Ridgedale feel like home.
