Terra Nova apartments are nice, but the way it is ran is not okay. You can only access the gym while the staff is there so pretty much 9am- 5pm so if you work during the day good luck. Also can only load your laundry card when the office is open so once again if you are a working person you won’t make it in time to reload you car. I lived there for only 3 months and they have charged me for paint damages that were already there when I moved in. Don’t live here it’s a scam.

Terra Nova Villas is a very nice place to live, although exterior appearances aren’t the most appealing, the neighborhood is surprisingly nice. My wife and I had worries about road noise since we were so close to a busy street, however that was not the case. Inside our home, even with the sliding glass door open, the noise levels were quite low. Maintenance was a breeze and scheduled online, for us, they always arrived within a day, didn’t ask questions and just got the job done. Friendly folks in maintenance. Recently moved in and here is my honest opinion: LOOK ELSEWHERE. Move-in flees (yes, flees), central A/C and heater does not work and managent does not care; Be prepeared to pay $130-150/Mo in water, trash and sewer. The only good thing about it is its location and they keep the area clean and lanscaped. DO NOT FALL FOR IT!

This complex is quiet, pet friendly, conveniently located, with spacious updated apartments and friendly neighbors. I love the apartment's color scheme of cabinets, counters, paint and carpet. This is the WORST place to rent! I believe they take ADVANTAGE of the military members who live here! If I was still in... I WOULD ADVISE MY CHAIN OF COMMAND to not allow any soldiers (or sailors, whatever branch you are in) to rent here, again! Until, Terra Nova Villas straightens out their parking CATASTROPHE... I would ADVISE TO NOT RENT HERE! My suggestion to Terra Nova Villas is to REMOVE all guest parking! In addition, I would HIGHLY SUGGEST that if TWO people are paying for rent, THEN they should get TWO parking spaces! I also OFFERED to pay $100 for a car port (which there are SEVERAL being

We've been living here for 3 years and we absolutely love it! It is so calm and the location is perfect! We are near everything we need. Also, the new maintenance guy, Ernest, is so helpful and gets things done immediately. He gave my husband a couple tips that'll help us take care of the apartment. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful. Crystal and Janette are my go tos! The property manager is great too she gets things done immediately and takes your needs in consideration. Overall I really appreciate where I live and the staff that helps us. Thank you!

I was there as a guest on Sunday afternoon by he pool and this lady came out yelling at us that we need to leave. That she was the owner, but my sister said she was just a manager. The times I have gone to visit my sister I have seen people do get together and parties there and I have never seen her say anything to them. That person had another person stalk us and she works there also and had her son spy on us as well. I feel like we had no privacy. She threaten us w calling the cops if we didn't leave. I think she has no costumer service and no education at all. I wouldn't recommend

I am proud to say that this is where I rented my first apartment home. I've been with them for about a year and a half! From their AMAZING maintenance services, to their family fun environment, you can not go wrong with staying here! It's is very quiet and calm at night, and everyone is in at a decent hour. And it is extremely clean, there's always little to no trash on the grounds/sidewalks. Been here for a REALLY long time. Management is nice, friendly, and quick to fix any problems. Never have written a review, but felt a need to after my last maintenance issues. Both my stove and fridge broke within a month (given they lasted a long time) Victor from maintenance is amazing. He fixed all the issues, asked if there was anything else he could do. Lived here for 5 months, the staff has been very helpful. I had problems with my carpet, it was taken care of right away. Victor the maintenance supervisor was very professional answer all my questions and took care of it right away.

We sold are home and needed temporary housing. This was the second place we found. Jannette was awesome! The apartment complex seem well kept and organized. We ended up staying 9 months the only grape I have was the parking. They need more spots. The girls in main office are really nice and always willing to help. Jannette always had a smile on her face! I loved how they communicate with their tenants in advance and maintenance of all the apartments. Thank you Terra Nova Apartments for make my in between home comfortable.
