I have been coming here for a while now and today I had the pleasure of having Maria as my nurse. Let me tell you, she made sure to laser my body hair with detail in my Brazilian, underarm, and happy tail areas- she didn't miss a spot!
I am super happy with my results and I want her to be my nurse for future appointments.
She makes sure you get your money's worth, pain free procedure, plays music, and good conversation to make the experience that much more enjoyable.

I had an appointment for Dec 16, 9:30am after they cancelled my original appointment in November because they had a COVID exposure at their office. When I arrived at their Newport office on 12/16 at 9:25am I was told there is no appointment. I showed them the text exchange confirming the appointment but they said that my text exchange didn't matter because that staff member works at Fullerton location. There is no way to reach the Newport office unless you text. I was turned away because someone dropped the ball and didn't make a note of my appointment on their end. They refused to accommodate

I've finished my series of appointments. Like many of you, I bought a Groupon! This is only for Laser Hair Removal. I also never interacted with Dr Nasser at all, only with the female staff members (receptionists and the nurses).
I've had varying experiences with different female staff members. But my favorite nurse hands-down is Megan. She is professional, friendly, and courteous. If you go to Renew, try to schedule your appointments with Megan! She has blonde hair. (note: she is currently on maternity leave)

Completely watered down Botox!!!! I've gotten the same placements multiple times before and seen results with 48 hours - week. It's been 2 weeks and my face looks
EXACTLY the same after 40 units. With a lip flip I usually can't drink out of a straw, I feel or see no difference. Do not go here. The Dr puts on this nice act and starts injecting with no warning and no background info and what he's doing or where the units are being placed. Stay far away!!!! Wasted my Money and I'm so pissed off.

I originally scheduled an appointment but couldn't get a Saturday appt because they were booked so I scheduled for a Monday and the gal who booked my appointment suggested I call again because at times people cancel at the last minute. So I called 3 days later and still no cancellations but she offered to take my info and call me if there was any cancellations. Then 2 days later she texted me to say there was a cancellation the Saturday before my appointment! I was ecstatic! I replied with a YES, I'll take it! I was so happy, her attention to my quest of a weekend appointment was on point

Do not purchase a Groupon for them, it is almost impossible to get into office, Newport has a day and Fullerton has a day so If either of those don’t work, you are screwed! Made an appointment didn’t realize it was canceled because apparently when I made the appointment I needed to call back again with all my information even though I said a date and a time so I made another appointment in them knowing it was with a Groupon that I’ve been having problems getting in I got to the office was told my group was expired. Dr. Nasser is excellent. He is extremely intelligent and well trained, unlike many individuals in aesthetics. It was comforting to have an MD work on my face. What I appreciated most was the extra time he spent explaining questions I had. He went above and beyond. He was honest, kind, professional, and trustworthy. I will be going back!

I've been coming here for the last few months even to get lasered but haven't been satisfied with the sort of schedule shortage you guys have for me since I work at 5pm. The way the receptionist/scheduler has corresponding with me via text is definitely short of customer service. I've constantly repeated myself about my schedule so why make it difficult for me to come for a session. It's just a 10 minute lasering session. My sister and I did botox three month ago and it looks like we did not do anything.
We are used to botox its not our first time and they should last at least 5 to 6 month if the product was good.
1 big mistake --- he did part of my forehead and left the other part I have no idea why.

I found this location via Groupon. I have used the laser hair removal services at other locations for many years and loved the results. I only needed a touch up this time on a few areas so I thought I would try a new location closer to home. I called an made an appointment very easily. Like most centers, the appointments fill up fast so call and make an appointment as soon as you can!
The center was easy to find although my GPS took me to the building across the street with pay parking! Make sure when you arrive you drive into a lot without a ticket stand. The lot for the center is free for patients
