We took all of my babies here for years with minimal issues, but something has changed since COVID and they no longer care about giving quality care. They did a risky and unsafe dental procedure on my senior dog and continually assured us that this was the best choice for her wellbeing.
They neglected to do the proper bloodwork, and gave her an unsafe medication that interfered with her liver function.
The next day we tried to talk to crossroads and figure what was wrong, she was vomiting a lot and super lethargic. They rushed us out, just gave her an antinasueal medication, so that they could

I called other vets to see about getting my sick kitten, Korn, in to he checked. Crossroads was the only hospital that asked in depth questions about his symptoms, and the lady was so nice. I did have to wait a few days to bring in Korn, but it’s understandable that they were booked. While waiting for appointment day, my other kitten, Mercury,… caught whatever Korn had. I dropped off Korn the morning of 11-16-21. When I received a call to let me know how he was doing, I told a different person about Mercury. I was told to come pick up Korn and bring Mercury so the vet could look at

I have spent thousands of dollars at this place I called up there today to get ear mite meds for my German Shepard who has been seen 3 times for the same issue they tell me they will not give them to me without the dog going in for a visit.....not only that it will be a week before they can even see him....I asked why so I can spend $100 for them to tell me he has ear mites.....I'm done with this vet I will drive to Austin or Smithville.

I have been coming here for a while on a recommendation from a family member. The staff has always provided a comfortable atmosphere and has worked with me through proper care and treatments for our family pets. They are skilled at their craft and it shows in the care and attention they provide. Highly recommended.

Used Crossroads Animal Hospital for day boarding for our 2 sight hounds. We were able to drop our dogs off at 8 am and pick them up at 5:30 PM. - a long day. Both pups were excited and exhausted when we picked them up. The price was competitive, and worthwhile to know our dogs would be safe for the day.

From my Dog: Ruff! The staff was so nice! I got all the pets! The doctor made sure I was well. I didn't like the shots or the bath, but now I'm healthy and clean! My Mommy is so happy I'm not shedding and my nails are all trimmed! And I got all my flea, tick, and heartworm meds too! Mommy says we will be back! Ruff!

The visit was scheduled in advance and they received my Siberian husky in a timely manner. It was my first visit and they took all the necessary paperwork for his file. He was seen by Vet Cunningham who came out to discuss his overall health. She made a good recommendation for additional services. The staff was professional and friendly. The cost for the exam, rabies shot and other services were reasonable. The visit was an appropriate length of time. Overall, I was very pleased.

I called last Friday to schedule an appointment for my geriatric cat. I hated that i have to hand her over and leaver her alone, but I understand the need for that policy.
I was under the impression that I had scheduled an appointment for 10 a.m. this morning, but apparently no one at the office had heard of it.
I live some distance from town, so… I waited in the parking lot--for an hour, for two hours, for three hours ...
After three hours, I called to check on her (for the third time), and they said, "Oh the doctors are out to lunch." I said, "I'll be knocking on your back door in a moment

We’ve taken our many cats to Crossroads and have received pretty good service. They have worked with us as far as allowing us to make payments monthly for a treatment and it really helped us out. However, today I called and was looking for a second opinion in a diagnosis on one our cats and left a message requesting a call back from one of the vets working. End of the day came and I received no call. I know it’s a holiday tomorrow but would have been nice to have gotten that call.
