We are so happy here. We are here for about a year for work so this a second home. Applied at other complexes but the staff here responded quickly without a major run around. They went above and beyond to welcome us here. Super clean, super quiet and safe. Wonderful staff, always polite. Maintenace is quick and qualified. Neighbors are great. They go above and beyond for the residences here. No detail is overlooked. Apartments are very clean. I feel very safe here.

Roaches. Ended up stepping on one the same day pest control came to spray, and told me I wasn’t infested. Walls are way too thin, and I can hear people across the way even through both of our closed doors. Staff are friendly and helpful at least. My apartments has become uninhabitable due to the bugs, so I unfortunately will be cancelling my lease much earlier than expected.

I enjoy living here..it's fairly quiet, the police dept is 3/4 away, and I feel safe living here. It's well lit at night. Office and maintence staff make you feel like family. My dog and I are always happy to see any of them. Other things...Mintence is really good, responce time and quality of service, and the office follows up to make sure that all is ok. The pond and ducks are really nice to walk by, and there are lots of waking paths. I can get in a .6 mi walk without leaving the complex.

Lake Side Apartments are a Great Place to live. I have been here quite awhile and truly enjoy my apartment home. The office staff are very professional and friendly, always willing to help me with my questions. If you need a maintenance request, they are right on it immediately. This is probably the best run apartment complex in the valley. The land scaping and amenities offered are truly excellent. I am very glad I live here.

We love the location of our apartment. I never knew how much the location of our unit would make a difference in our living conditions. It is close the our parking stall, parcel lockers, mailbox, office, pool and gym and our patio feels private and is slightly covered by trees, which keeps our cooling costs down. We have renewed our lease twice, however the second time an 18 month lease was not offered so we had to take the 1 year lease. This may affect our decision on whether or not we will renew. Maintenance is quick to fix any problem. We came home late in the evening once and had an emergency

Pros:
Staff was welcoming and helped my friend and I move in quickly.
Cons: I have been here for about a year now my car unfortunately was broken into already. The customer service I now receive from staff isn’t very welcoming. Peaceful place..Staff unfortunately is not the best when it comes to approaching a resident with assumptions.
ROACHES. I’ve been dealing with German roaches for about 2months now. My apartment has been bombed with poison 4times now and I’m still infested. I would love to extend my lease but I cannot stay in my apartment. My unit needs to be gutted and I’m hoping

Pros: very helpful staff who were incredibly responsive to maintenance requests, and the apartment was very spacious.
Cons: VERY thin walls, windows are not properly insulated, decks and stairs have wood that is rotted/dry rotted, ducks are in the pool, parties every weekend, Manco Abbott had ZERO lee-way when my job was cut due to COVID, and still required a lease buy-out fee, and was unwilling to follow their previous practice of only charging until the apartment was re-rented, TINY kitchen- 1 person will fit and can work at a time.

I absolute adore living here! I’ve renewed my lease twice now for the full term and have no plans on moving. The office staff and maintenance staff goes above and beyond to ensure you always have everything you need. Always on top of things, very communicative, amazing community! Pet friendly too, which isn’t easy to come by in this town! It’s a very safe community and I’ve never had any issues!! I highly recommend this place it’s by far the best apartment I’ve ever lived in!! A big plus is the office constantly includes the whole apartment community in multiple events! Truly a beautiful

Staff is very kind and any issues within the unit is always taken care of in a timely manner. Unfortunately, safety is a major concern. My car has been broken into twice within a month. And I have only lived in the complex for less than 4 months. I've reported it both times to the apartment complex but of course, they are not able to assist me in this matter as they are "not responsible for any property loss." Security is supposed to be 24/7 but I've never seen them. And these vehicle burglaries verifies they have a huge opportunity on improving security. I also notice few random pedestrians jumping
