I visited the townhomes with my friend who is looking to move. The rental agent, Danielle, was so helpful. The townhome was very nice and updated. The neighborhood was quiet. The going rate seems to match the other places she's been to. I think she'll move in

I still live here, i’m 15 and lived here since i was 9 It was easy to adapt, the neighbors are nice, and the children can be friendly, my brother is 7 and didn’t have any trouble making friends everyone is pretty nice. I highly recommend living here, there is very good spacing in the house and very comfortable. you’ll be happy here for sure! I definitely am :)

Great place to live, pretty good maintenance and staff, but I think people should know that in order to do an month to month lease you have to pay an additional $500 per month. Also, if you are late more than 3 times you lease will not be renewed. Thus, if you are a late person for whatever reason, I would not recommend moving here.

Walls are thin I hear my neighbors entire conversation as If they were in the other room. The master bedroom is not as big as the model they show you but the community is well kept & maintenance issue was addressed quickly.

The worst choice to make on finding a new place to start a life. When I first moved in there were so many problems and there are still so many problems they actually took the tile and laid it over top of dirty tile with urine on it from another animal who used to live here! Not to mention the rental office is very unprofessional they come into your home without prior notice and they walk around and their maintenance men are rude. If you make a call for service for something that is broken or needs to be fixed in your home sometimes the people will never even show up and then when they do show up
