The staff are the worst. I had emailed and call staff about personal things that affected me from paying rent late. And all they told me is that they don’t take partial payments and sent me an eviction letter as if I did not follow up with them. The staff are rude and careless and I wouldn’t recommended this place to anyone. I am a victim who lose her apartment due to apartment fire and they showed no remorse they just give a hard time.

My kids moved on last friday, we moved them back out the next Friday. Horrible, horrible place. As a parent my husband, and I worried the whole time.its a run down, cockroach infested dump. People socialize in the hallways, and stoops. I would not recommend this to anyone. If you're a parent and your kids want to move here, tell them NO!!!!!

Worst apartment ever.. I would not recommend living here. I moved in one day and moved out the next. They did not prepare the apartment before I moved in.. there was a big hole in the back of the stove for mice to just come in.. I saw 3 mice in one day!!! This is all happened on the first day I moved in.. I only spent one night here.. they have the nerve to send me a bill for 2 months rent... I am definitely taking that to court. It’s a lot of crime in the area as well.. found that out from the neighbor. If you like mice move here!! If you like a crime area move here. The only thing they offer

I was so excited about my new apartment It was bigger than my townhouse that I moved out of but that quickly changed once I moved in. I live above where the maintenance men for Fox Ridge have their office and they have given me nothing but hell and grief since I moved in. And I know it's not just me because I can't hear my other neighbors at all. Not a peep from them since I moved in. I reported them to the rental office which only seems to have made them even worse and I highly doubt anything was actually done even though I had video of one of them slamming a door on my foot. So I lived here for a whole year now. I only have one complaint. A few months after moving in i realized they have mice which I'm terrified of. I informed the rental office and they sent someone out to put up traps. That didn't work. If you move here get a cat and that will solve that problem. Parking is great. You might not get one in front of your building if coming in late but they have over flow parking lots available. They keep the grounds and inside the building clean. The people at the rental office are very nice and professional. My apartment is nice and spacious. Although I might struggle
