I really enjoying be a resident at this property, the front desk attendant is very welcoming and also very understanding..
The landlord Nicole has also been a great help with the moving in process and even downgrading from a two bedroom too one bedroom.
The maintence staff is always helpful.If they aren’t busy and you have a problem they will get to it by the end of the day, if not the very next morning!

My husband and I have lived here for 10 yrs and we just LOVE it! The price is affordable even for a single person. Our 2 bedroom apartment is very roomy and you don't feel like you are in a box. A lot of other places we looked at the space was horrible for the price. This is our 1st apartment since being married for over 31 years and everyone told us we would hate "apartment" living but that is not the case here. We feel like a small community that does our best at being friendly and helpful whenever possible.

Me and my family lived at Cardinal Hill Gardens for about 6 years. The staff there is great and very understanding. Nicole in the front office is awesome and the maintenance man Joe is great! The grounds are always well maintained and they have many activities for the kids around the holidays. The apartments are very spacious and have big walk in closets. We recommend these apartments to any and all!

Have been here since April 2017. Nicole in the front office is always nice, helpful, and friendly. The maintenance staff is very help and any issues are handled in a timely manner. The grounds are well kept and there's a nice playground that my 3 year old loves playing at. It's a place to live yes but there's a real sense of community with events on holidays and even in between. There's a community room that I have used several times. I love living here!!

I have been at Cardinal Hill for 15 years and am very happy here. The staff are all wonderful and very accommodating to the needs of the tenants. The residents as well as the staff always look out for each other.
It is a pet friendly complex which is a plus and the staff are all animal lovers.
