Really enjoy living here. Everything has been fixed promptly and the community is nice.
The staff is great aside from the over zealous assistant manager (may be a power trip or something)
If you have any issues I'd suggest contacting the head manager. He is much more understanding and has helped me any chance he was able to. Give this man a raise!

I am considering moving to the area and recently toured as I try to find just the right place for my new home. Jordan, the assistant manager, was so great about answering all my questions and was knowledgeable about the complex and the area. I appreciated her expertise. I moved into Crossroads in early July. Right from the start, we were impressed by how professional things were. Jordan, the assistant manager, gave us a great introductory tour showing us all the great things that Crossroads has to offer, from the on-site gym to the other amenities, the pool, and conference room.
The location is wonderful, the appliances are great, and our neighbors have been friendly.

We love Crossroads Westside! Although we ended up moving to a different part of the city, it was tough to do so! The staff is friendly and quick to respond to your phone calls and emails. The outdoor spaces are great. When we applied, we hadn’t lived in an apartment for so long that we didn’t know what we were looking for. Jess, the assistant manager in the leasing office, was a fantastic help! She gave us three separate tours to help us narrow down what we wanted. Suuuper professional!!

While my husband and I did not end up leasing at Crossroads Westside I felt compelled to leave a review about our experience with Jess and the property manager (I'm so sorry that I can't remember her name). Jess was AMAZING from the first phone call to schedule a viewing to the actual visit itself. She clearly loves her job and I was so impressed that during our tour when we would pass tenants and their pets in the hallway she not only knew the names of every tenant but also the names of the pets! I lived here for almost 2 years and had a great experience. Nicole and the staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful! It’s been a great place to call home and a place I would recommend to anyone. It’s in a excellent location and the apartment amenities are fantastic. It’s definitely worth a look if you want to move closer to the downtown KC area. Highly recommended!

Though I ended up choosing a different complex, I was so thoroughly impressed with my tour, the management, and the entire complex that I had to leave a review! Jess was SO fun and helpful, and she along with the amazing complex made my decision very difficult. Nicole was absolutely amazing! She couldn’t have been more professional, courteous, kind and accommodating. She answered every question I had, listened to all of my wants and needs, and helped me find the perfect place for my daughter and I. These apartments are so fun and vibrant and tie right into the crossroads district, the amenities are mind blowing and extremely impressive! Not to mention the units are beautiful, have modern amenities , and a lot of natural light with great views!

Love the space, the management, the maintenance, the location. The apartments are gore-juss with high-end finishes. Love the amenities: gym + free yoga and weight training, salt-water pool, doggie spa, off-leash dog park, package room, coffee & tea station. Community spirit. The public areas are colorful and whimsical. It's within walking distance of things to do, restaurants, bars, and the streetcar.

What's not to like here?! For starters, Nicole, Jess, and Lindsay are so kind, warm, and welcoming.
The lobby and other common areas are bright, colorful, and whimsical. There are several comfortable seating options, television, a coffee station, and building wifi, which was great since it took me a few days to get Google Fiber in.
The apartments… are beautifully appointed. Lots of outlets, great lighting, wooden blinds. Plenty of drawers and cabinets in the kitchen. A walk-in closet off the bedroom I could pitch a tent in! I've never lived in a new place before. This is so luxurious; and

So glad I chose Crossroads Westside! They care about the details and go the extra mile. The management staff is caring, professional and hands down amazing. The building and apartments are beautiful and they promptly respond to any concerns. They do a great job of planning fun activities and keeping the residents informed on new businesses in the crossroads. I would highly recommend Crossroads Westside if you are looking to move.
